Pros

We were using project management software but it was so confusing. We love how easy and visual this is.

Cons

Can be a bit buggy having to refresh screens also the integration was not simple until we decided just to use zapier.

It's very intuitive: as you introduce your first project, the basic template is created. So every time you introduce an other project you have the opportunity to advance the whole process.

Pros

I really liked the software overall. Many features and good implementation

Cons

The customer support is very unresponsive and not cooperative. Also its not possible to remove the branding in all mails. Mail integration is buggy.

Process automation and productivity gains.

Pros

It mades possible huge gains of productivity. It also turns processes accurate and errors or inefficiencies more visible.

Cons

I have some difficulties to personalize some features to the processes I want. I think its not a problem of the software, but a gap in my learning process about the tool.

Fraud. They promised what they did not deliver and continued to charge me after I cancelled the service.

Pros

I don't know. They never delivered on their promises

Cons

After they failed to perform, I knew I wouldn't be able to get my original payment back, but I did not expect them to continue to charge me.

Is dinamic and interactive if you use with other people inside your company. High potencial to add value

Cons

If you have good english level is ok because it works mainly on that language. no other big cons or issues. practice a lot and you will defeat cons.

Easy to customize Easy to acess and to include new team members So many options to creat fields and phases

Cons

The display. If you have a process too large, it would be a little difficult to visualize. Few options to automatize actions (still) The impossibility to set an own ID numeration

Amazing control tool, highly intuitive and fully customizable. It allowed the possibilities of management to be extended to levels in micro and macro environments

Cons

The price could be a little lower, especially for a single user. The free version could have more features.

Pros

It can really adapt itself to your process demands and team communication. The automations make things so easy!

Cons

Besides it isnt a software feature, I can say the price is the thing I like least. Doing payments in USD isnt easy for who lives in Brazil.
