Pros Bem organizado, posso deixar comentado o que eu fiz perante aquele card, mover para as fases que o projeto está Cons 1) Não consigo abrir o card, e ir passando card por card sem precisar fechar um para depois abrir outro; 2) 99,9% das vezes que estou fazendo um filtro, preciso atualizar no mínimo 2 vezes para que o pipe volte a funcionar e filtre os clientes novamente, sem bugs. 3) Muitas das vezes não consigo fazer download de um aquivo, seja ele imagem ou documento, pelo botão download. Cons As we use Pipefy for controlling all of our processes, there are some features only available in major plans that would be very nice for us to have, but the price is prohibitive for now as a small business, specially due to exchange rates. I think the power you have of having a timeline of what happened to each customer, who helped, when, etc, gives you enough data to improve your process. Pros The fact that I can control my hole sales team in the same "board", I know exactly why I client is delayed and who is responsible for what. Also, I can easily find all the history about this client. For a manager perspective, its a great way of improving our customer experience. Cons Its not so simple to find information about all the integrations, API etc. There are just a few tutorials, but this is just a non developer opinion. Product Coordinator Information Technology and Services Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Innovative and clean alternative to Trello" August 1, 2019 5.0 Great kanban option that's fast and gets the job done. Pros What I like the most about it is its customisability. It's got different kinds of organising your boards depending on the kind of projects you're working on. Not as advanced as the rather expensive-ish Monday.com, but more so than Trello in those terms. Also, its UI is quite clean, and the prices are not bad for those who want to take the experience to the next level. It's also got a decent mobile app that gets the job done. Cons The main reason I quit using it was the lack of integrations. To be fair, that was a bit ago, and they've got more integrations now than they did before, but still quite far from Trello. May not be a problem for many, though! It was for me due to specific needs, but may not be for you. Also, I question myself on its privacy, as the Pipefy staff contacted me for some free online courses (probably because I worked at Dell at the time and they wanted to mention in their site that it's used there too; in the videoconference they even mentioned the title of one of my boards). Pros It makes it so easy to delegate and then monitor tasks in a team environment. We can monitor tasks and track productivity of staff (& ourselves). It makes the team ten times more efficient than what we were. Cons Sometimes it is hard to not focus on clearing out pipefy (or "The Pipe") as we call it ! Also, we are now administrating our customer's database directly in Pipefy. Pros It's easy to modify different pipes to adapt the flow to our business' activities. A powerfull tool to manage our day-to-day business oportunities, task assignments and collaborative work. Cons It could be improved card's conexion between pipes, so one card created in one pipe can be consulted or viewed in another pipe with some critical information. We use it is Selling, project management and inside process. It help us a lot. Pros I love that it is so easy to use and to personalize, creating a unique and useful tool. At my company we use Pipefy from the Selling Process to the After Selling process, it help us organize all the process to make a good job! Cons I has so many uses that I don’t even know, and a think that I don’t like is that. I wish I could use all the functions without having to look so deep into it, because it would be easier. It is easy to use, but if you need something more complicated you need to study the software a lot to get it done. But I didn't have a procedure or a step by step of the operations... and I needed to manage 2 people out side the office. And Pipefy not only helped me to manage the team... but really helped me to create the procedure and to understand the entire chain of information. Pipefy makes my job more clear to me. Pros I think that it is simple to use... very friendly and wiht Pipefy it is possible to create a procedures and process even if you are not a specialist. Cons My only point (and real problem) is to be billed in US Dollar... it makes the solution more expensive and I have to analyze to keep with Pipefy. Not to change for another program... but to go back to Excel program or light ERP offer in Internet (ex.: Sige and Omie) Reason for choosing Pipefy Customer Service... and it is a brazilian system. Theres a lot that Pipefy can develop in order to give more data to admin users, but I see that you are always implementing and developing new features, wich is nice. Even with all tutorials, for someone that never read or did anything of programing it was really hard to do everything needed. Before Pipefy I was lost in e-mails, Trello, Wunderlist, WhatsApp (and others) trying to get my work and my team's work "on track" but I was lost. With Pipefy I have all my workflows and work process in a same place. Pros Easy of use, interface, pricing and the possibility to create my process management the way I need with no "IT guy". Cons Time tracking will be a great feature for the future. Also a way to start counting time of working on a task automatically and mandatory could help us to have a "time tracking" in a better way. Pros I have been using pipefy for 3 or 4 years now and I absolutely love it. It is very versatile and user friendly as it enables you to build your own platform for tracking, organizing and streamlining start to finish processes within your business. This product give me the confidence to manage our inventory from my desktop or phone, no matter where I am or the time of day. What a great product. Cons It would be nice to be able to make certain changes to individualize each process within your pipe with different colours to make the visual of each process be more defined. Easy way to dull down some of the excess noise and stay focused on the task at hand for the day. Pros I really enjoy being able to keep my workflow organized. It's enough detail to get my job done, but not too overwhelming to where it makes organization harder than it needs to be. The integration with HubSpot is incredible helpful as well. Cons Sometimes if I'm working quickly, Pipefy can't keep up. The best example I can think of is changing a date within a card, saving, but then not seeing that change reflected. We face an internal process change that made an app take up to 4 days to be published and, with Pipefy, we could track the lifetime of a card in each phase making it easier to see where the process have failed. Now deadlines aren't a problem and everything is up to date. Pros The fact that we adapt Pipefy to all our needs, improving personal and the entire company development in a way that other applications can't do.
