Pros Easy to use, intuitive for newcomers, support is very helpful for basic features, API exists, beautiful and customizable interface Cons API sometimes has some bugs that stops the development on my end, and technical support is oftentimes escalated a little too late. February 18, 2020 5.0 As I said in the title, Pipefy is an extreamely powerfull tool to run the operations of the whole company, as it unites all the sectors workflow and experience. I only wish all of my suplyers used it too. Pros The thing I like the most about Pipefy is the assurance that all of my processes are running outside my sector without any information getting lost in the way. Cons Since it is so open, it lacks some features related to more specific work. To make a sprint you need to use an "App" on your board, but that app is very limited and lacks the customization of the rest of the product, I spent a lot of time, fighting the app to make it work closer to what I would like.
