Our next steps will be to make use of pipefy API to extract important team metrics which I hope will be very useful. Pros It's easy to use, and I always have everything I need in a click distance. March 2, 2020 5.0 Pipefy helps me track all of my machine and tooling orders. I have around 65 orders at a time. This keeps them in order and allows me to make notes on the status and share it with my salesmen. Pros I like the fact that I can customize it to my needs. I track the sales of machines and tooling. I was able to customize the phases to where my machines are in the process. It is great! Cons The only con that I have found so far is that once completed, the tasks stay in the completed category forever unless I delete them. I would like to see a setting to where they would disappear after a certain amount of time. Reason for choosing Pipefy Customization had a key role in my choice. Review Source DA Diego A. Cheguei a pensar que tinha tirado essa funcionalidade que aparentemente é bastante interessante. Por ora, solicitava mais de uma vez, sem retorno, estudo de caso de alguns segmentos para estudo e apresentar para possíveis clientes. Pros O que eu mais gostei do software é a aplicabilidade de controlar os processos, por meio da visualização do quadro kanban e dos relatórios personalizáveis. O software me surpreendeu no sentido de que ele pode ser aplicado ao core-business de micro-pequenas empresas, a depender da complexidade do processo e tamanho da empresa. Cons Até o momento não fizemos integração com outros sistemas. O que eu gostei menos no software foi a falta de um dashboard interno mais robusto. Por exemplo, poderia colocar no sistema metas pre-estabelecido como prática de um planejamento e comparar isso com a execução do processo. Seria um update de grande valor percebido pelo cliente! Excellent customer support and the product is fantastic and the pipefy staff is always looking to improve the user experience. Pros Allows me to see my entire sales pipeline on one screen and to quickly access the various stages for each of my sales opportunities. It's fast, clean, simple & my sales team actually use it (and seem to like it!!) Cons Couple of bugs, API doesn't seem to work at the moment with some integrations as it seems to have been upgraded recently, their android app / mobile browser layout is terrible. Now I know where the order is. What the real status of it. Pros Email Templates, automations, SLAs and very easy and intuitive to use. All this helped us to improve our performance with the clients.
