It's a great platform that employees seem to enjoy and have no issue using and figuring out on their own, which is huge! **Pros:** Easy-to-use interface (for both employees and admins), awesome course builder, great customer service, helpful analytics **Cons:** (1) iSpring reports often only contain the learner's LAST quiz score, so you don't know if they passed on their first try or took 3-4 times to pass a quiz. That's a huge issue for us that causes us a lot of manual work of clicking into various reports (because the info we need isn't in the export). The admin side of managing our LMS is also very user-friendly. When we have run into technical issues or questions, the Customer Service response time and assistance have been amazing! **Cons:** We have encountered some issues with My Team reporting functions on the user side. Primarily, it saves the last filters used when a supervisor logged in, which can cause confusion the next time they log in, if they don't reset the filters. It is an added training step on our end for our users, because it's not intuitive that it saves the last filters... they just think the info is missing.
