Reporting options and filtering can be better. **Pros:** The simplicity of building courses in PowerPoint with the iSpring tools and publishing the course. It was easy to implement, works decently with our Active Directory scripts, and there are tons of options for standardizing knowledge across our organization. **Pros:** It's easy to learn and use. We have not experienced any bugs or issues. The desktop suite of apps give you enough creative tools without being too difficult to use. **Cons:** The reporting options for learning history are hard to customize. We went from an in-house built learning application to iSpring, and we are used to having flexibility in reporting. We are running into a few issues with calculating total seat time across trainings and courses.
