SP Marketplace Intranet gives you a well designed SharePoint intranet based on industry best practice that is fast to deploy and easy to maintain. Everything is based on the SharePoint platform and is held on your own tenancy. This is a cost-effective intranet solution that will meet the requirements of most SMEs out of the box. If you already have an Office 365 business subscription, you are already paying for SharePoint, so it makes sense to use it for your Intranet - SP Marketplace intranet is the fastest and easiest way to make it happen.

Pros

SP Intranet builds on the Office 365 SharePoint environment. It is pretty much ready to go out of the box, so you save a ton of time building the thing from scratch. It neatly handles permissions so you can control who has access to what without tearing your hair out. If you don't have in house SharePoint developers, this is the fastest way to get a working intranet deployed.

Cons

It's SharePoint - it's never going to be pretty or the best UX (although this is improving).
