Comments: Hello all, I am a live chat agent at Proonto and this is my quick review of the platform.

As many of you are thinking if Proonto is going to be effective for your business, I will start with a simple number 35. As of now, 35.7% of the visitors I talk to make a purchase. And I know that with Proonto it can be even more than that.

Proonto does help me to improve communication with visitors, make it more personal and interactive which ultimately increases purchases. The platforms shows what country a visitor is from, what he / she was searching on Google before visiting our website, what page they are on now and more. The system automaticaly divides visitors into three categories: Inbound, Hot Leads and Traffic which helps to build communication more effectively.

The platform is user friendly and easy to use, the interface is modern and clean, kudos to their designer.

Overall, I would recommend Proonto to business owners who work with the best and seek for the ways to get more from their website.

Pros: The ability to have an off-site customer service team to answer simple inquiries from customers, saves a lot of time!

Cons: I have no cons to report about the product. It is a great value for the money and really heightens the quality of customer service options.
