This was my first time working on an intranet project. I always felt like I was in good hands--being given sound advice and helpful suggestions.

Pros

I loved working with the team at TF. They were all kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, creative, and highly collaborative.

Cons

I don't have any complaints. The team was responsive, they truly listened to our concerns, and they were as invested in our success as we, ourselves, were.

Great. Initial presentations for the product were good, team is knowledgeable and well versed in capabilities and limitations of system.

Pros

Customer Service, Implementation Process was very thorough, Ease of Use, Social engagement opportunities.

Cons

Ticketing system could use some work. Would like for the system to know the approval process based on how we set up the workflow instead of sometimes having to assign the person the ticket goes to next.

The team was great from start to finish, specifically \[sensitive content hidden\]. I didn't have much interaction with the implementation team, only because of my schedule, but our transition to ThoughtFarmer was almost seamless! They've already made compliments on how we laid out the platform for our use, and have recommended we submit our site for a competition that they hold!

Pros

We'd spent over a year researching and trying to find an intranet platform that would working for us. We had several meetings and almost moved forward with a product that we eventually found would not work for us - anything that we would need or utilized on the platform we were using, would be an additional cost. Eventually we landed on ThoughtFarmer, and they were everything that we were looking for, with the addition of being similar to what we were paying our previous supplier. Also, we are a smaller to mid-sized company. A lot of the intranet platforms we looked into are much more aligned with larger corporate structures, where they have made it impossible for "the little guys" to even be able to consider them. The more you needed from their platform, the more it would cost you. ThoughtFarmer was more, "These are features that we share with all of our customers, under one price!" What a dream!

Cons

The only thing(s) that I can think of are small nuances. We are a very socially company, even through email and DM's, so a lot of us like using GIFs and the occasional video. You can bring these into your intranet, but it's not throughout the platform, only in certain areas.

Great customer service and ease of use of the product. Any time we had a question during implementation, it was usually the same day when we got a response. The team was very attentive and detailed in their training.

Pros

Their customer focus and customizability/ease of use of product. There are many different ways you can customize your pages and home page in order to provide the end user with an beginner friendly experience.

Cons

There are some features that could use improvement on the end user side, however, the overall functionality is wonderful.

The customer service is amazing. Its been great from the first call made to them. They were beyond helpful in our training for the site as well.

Excellent. It's really helped improve internal communications at the organization and we've had great feedback from employees and leadership.

Pros

The exceptionally intuitive, easy to use platform, and the incredible client service. The easy to use platform meant I didn't have to spend so much time training people, and has naturally supported use and adoption.

Cons

They have quite extensive functionality, which is great, but also means there's quite a learning curve to learn all the things you can do. Also, they are in Canada, so client service is not aligned to EU timezone. That hasn't posed a challenge yet though, they are extremely responsive.

I had a great experience with Thoughtfarmer. Everyone we worked with was helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure our intranet turned out the way we needed. It was an overall smooth and enjoyable process.

Pros

What I like most is how easy the product is to use and manage. The layout is intuitive, the tools are flexible, and it's simple to update content whenever we need to.

Cons

There isn't much I dislike, but there were a few areas that had a slight learning curve at first. Once I became familiar with the system, it was smooth.

The onboarding process was excellent and the build out of our intranet was seamless. The training was also very intuitive and the platform is very easy to use. It is modern and very customizable!

Pros

Everything from the beginning of the project to the roll out of the firm project was excellent. The customer service was excellent, and the technical assistance was great. The intranet has added so much value to our internal processes.

Cons

The only thing I don't love about TF is that some of the things I wish we could customize aren't customizable.

I have been a customer for over 15 years and implemented the product in two organizations. This is an excellent product with a superb company behind it.

Pros

ThoughtFarmer is an end-user centric product with any possible feature you can imagine for a many-to-many communications, all implemented in a highly intuitive way.

Cons

Recent move from a choice of cloud and on-prem to a cloud only solution. This concern will be addressed when ThoughtFarmer obtains FedRAMP cert.

It's been a most excellent experience. I think ThoughtFarmer offers fantastic value for the money, especially when you consider the level of quality you get across the product and customer service.

Pros

ThoughtFarmer's intranet platform provides all of the features and services we need. The learning curve to use the system is low, so we were able to jump and and get designing quickly. Finally, the implementation team was top notch when it came to collaboration and answering our questions.

Cons

Honestly, there's nothing we didn't like. There are, of course, features we want that we've used before, but these are all custom to what we're used to, not what we need, and we've found way to work without them.
