Managing director Construction Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Be careful! Contract with the Devil!" May 14, 2025 1.0 Do not sign any agreements with RAM! IT'S A CONTRACT WITH A DEVIL! You can find way better tracking providers and not even insurance approved. I have been with RAM for years. Recently I decided to add another tracker and camera. They sent a contract and without even thinking I signed the contract. Apparently I not just added another tracker, but also renewed/extended 3 year contracts for my another 9 vehicles. It means that I am in another 3 year contract with them and can’t cancel it or pay for 3 years which is nearly £6k. I found out this when I contacted them asking to remove 2 vehicles as they are old, sorn and will go to salvage. Even though cars will go but I will be paying for the trackers and cameras of those vehicles for 3 years. Spoke with them, they are not willing to change anything. Madness Pros It’s working ok. September 19, 2018 5.0 We know exactly where our Service Vans are at anytime, we are able to back in history to locate time and place very easily. We have had to have the devices removed from one van to another a few times, and have had great customer service. Pros We like how easy it is to navigate through the program, easy to print off the required reports, and the "real time" tracking. We have used this program to cut cost and maintain a certain level. No longer a question of who or where a person is or has been for a certain amount of time. Operations Manager Transportation/Trucking/Railroad Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "By far the worst GPS company we've ever dealt with" April 3, 2018 1.0 Company in underwritten by a finance company and are not held to a formal business agreement between you and them, meaning they can do whatever they please and you still have to pay. It took months for them to get our units working properly. No accountability held by this company, good luck finding someone to contact you to have issues resolved. Install techs also make it quite clear how tardy the company is to pay them - thus causing longer than necessary wait times to have units installed. I'll be surprised if this company is still around in 5 yrs. Pros We did not like this software. Customer service was non-existent so we were unable to answers for problems with the units. Strongly suggest spending your money elsewhere. Cons Over priced. Operation is poor quality. Company seems to have many "miscommunication" issues. App was never effective. No customer service. Absolutely HORRIBLE company to deal with. Would not suggest on any level to deal with company. Total daily kilometers driven and total driving time are automatically calculated. Speeds driven, are also noted on the detailed report. Cons It takes a bit of time to figure out how to add stops, and there are a number different steps / screens /pages to scroll through to add this information in.
