I loved the customer support. I am a platinum member, they do everything for us. They work with my team when needed and give us great advice. It helped our company with google reputation, which is very important in our business.

Cons

They were not that experienced with the Logistics industry in the beginning, but everything fell into place.

“I’m extremely disappointed. \[sensitive content hidden\] admitted their team was 100% at fault, yet nothing was done to correct the serious damage caused to my business. Because they messaged clients who weren’t mine, I was forced to create my own website. This company caused me unnecessary stress and problems, and took no responsibility

I did get a few concerns that i addressed twice and they never paid attention to them which caused some major issues

It's really a nice company, I was satisfied with their performance, overall , especially getting the reviews

Pros

Referrizer captures essential marketing features for any small business. I can email my clients, text them easily, automate emails, and set up a loyalty program. I can even reach out to other local businesses to partner on offers to support each other. It is a robust system that I'm always learning more about to get more leads.

Cons

Feeling like I'm not up-to-date on all the latest features was an issue early on, but the customer support team was fantastic!

I enjoyed the ease of use and how intuitive the software is to set up.

Cons

The antivirus/firewall that I use blocked the Universal Share Link for my campaign due to phishing and I had to manually add the Referrizer site to the OK list.

I have had an overall good experience and maybe this has to do with the very attentive and responsive customer service.

Pros

I can set up campaigns using multichannel options, automate lead management and manage a loyalty program all in one platform

Cons

Since there are so many options and functions sometimes it can be overwhelming. Knowledge base could be more extensive.
