I also like the it didn't take long to see results. The results started immediately. Cons It's a lot to learn and you have to find the time to learn. Finding time is a challenge for me. Cons Feeling like I'm not up-to-date on all the latest features was an issue early on, but the customer support team was fantastic! Many people don't read emails anymore or they read on their phone. If I send texts with necessary info then people are more likely to see the info without having to sift thru emails. Also the rewards tracking is very important in keeping my existing clients satisfied. I also like the tracking number and how it gives leads and allows people to call my "studio" but still just have it call my cell phone. The review management system is actually very helpful to my business too and many people find us simply because of all the reviews we have. Cons The email with referrizer is not as user friendly or fancy as other email systems that i current use and so I have never used it. I only ever use text campaigns. Also contact management is not as intuitive or useful. You can't merge clients if they sign in thru different mechanisms. I have also never been able to partner with any other business so I have never found that aspect very useful. The system is user-friendly for both sides, gives some freedom of time since we can create campaigns ahead of time. I would say is a budget-friendly way to do marketing for a small business. May 12, 2023 4.0 In the short time that I've been with Referrizer I've seen my google reviews escalate rapidly -- going from approx 12 reviews to 59 within a period of 45 days. This has increased my google search ranking and has enabled me to decrease my hefty google ads spending. I've also enjoyed working with Jude, my marketing contact there. She's got great ideas for my business and is very responsive and patient. Honestly, everyone I've spoken with from the initial cold call to the sales team to the marketing team has been pleasant and eager to please. Pros The features that are most impactful would most likely be reputation management -- seeing my google reviews skyrocket in a very short period of time. I also like the ability to send new marketing promotions to past customers via text messages and emails. Customer service was very hands on, professional and friendly which was a Godsend. Cons Integration with my existing studio management software was relatively simple due to the help of Referrizers' Customer service team, however it took a lot of time to ensure that our customer data base was correctly integrated (I had to take the time to go through the list migration. There was definitely a learning curve with how to set up my first campaigns. I am a small business owner and it's primarily just ME who was trying to implement all of this in a short period of time. That was the primary reason it was difficult and stressful. If you have a team with dedicated people to handle certain aspects of integration it probably will be a breeze. I wish we could have better visibility of sharing activity. Referrizer understands that very well. Higher management has done an excellent job in creating a company culture that has the above engraved in the company's DNA. Pros Features keep on adding; Referrizer listens to your requests and customizes according to your needs. I have been with them for a long time and i have seen a ton of features added since I started with them. Most important out of all is something that many companies keep forgetting...their customer support is by far the best I have experienced. They listen to you, they assist you and they follow up! Cons I would like to see negative reviews as they come in without logging into referrizer. I have to pay for a review software (Review Tracker) and I believe this is something that could be part of their feature additions to their suite of services. How about a menu management software that could be integrated with the customers' website?? We update our website menu and that updates, our iPad menu (for our customers), TripAdvisor, FaceBook, Google, etc Reason for choosing Referrizer Text message campaigns was key here. Implementation and setup team were great. Ongoing training and support are great. Interfaces with our scheduling software (MindBody) so clients lists are automatically updated and automatically contacted for Reviews. Allows texting and emailing to clients. Cons Referrals haven't really worked for us, but being able to collect reviews, and send emails and texts to clients meets our needs. September 3, 2020 5.0 As stated above with the loyalty, referral, email, mass text and short built into one this is a apowerful marketing tool. The fact that you can also very easily customize workflows will increase customer frequency, purchase, purchase value and total ROI without doing very much at all. It takes it off yoru staff and reduces Human error. Pros It is still not fully operational and I am already seeing big returns on Investment. You have the referal program which is nice but they have a complete built out marketing system with email, two way texting and short code that helps you automate your follow up. Very easy to build campaigns and edit. It also has loyalty. I am about a month in but I would already feel comfortable recommending it as I have done a lot of research into different systems and this one is the best. Cons It is all actually pretty easy. The owner of the company even jumped on a zoom meet a few times to help it get set up. No negatives yet.
