It was an absolutely dismal experience and I don't think the cost was worth the product. Pros The pop up works great on my site, but that's really all I can utilize with the free trial. Cons The pop up is all I can really use. The rest requires extra set up and requires me to call and/or email. Why limit usage or make it difficult on a free trial? Also, I have used them I the past and used the full set up with guaranteed payment. When I pointed out the lack of leads that were generated and tried to hold them to their guarantee, they refused to honor it. It wasn't until we threatened to call our lawyer that they finally help to their word. Pros They weren't kidding when they advertised the power of the tool - but it's also very usable, not just because of the well designed UI but also because of the amazing support staff. Cons They work to have API integration with all kinds of tools, but it's yet to integrate with our class management tool (though I think that's more the fault of our class management tool). Fortunately, the support team is great and patient with me. They've help me create a couple of campaigns and beautify a couple of my offers. The on-boarding session we did were good but maybe too fast. Pros The software is so functional and easy to use. It gives me marketing functions my business lacked. I can now contact my customers and leads via SMS Text as well as E-Mail. The smart line function helps we know where my potential customers are coming from. The Landing Page is upping my SEO ranking. Cons Not a problem with the software, but it's another database to maintain. Now I have my student management s/w database, my email marketing database, my customer financial (Quickbooks) database, and this. The loyalty program is a little tricky at first but it is also pretty good. Reporting could be a little more robust, but it definitely tells you what you need to know. Cons For a marketing company they came on extremely strong, pushy and terrible listeners. They called me 3 times in one day, I told the sales person to email me information after the third call and instead he scheduled me for a webinar to which I was texted emailed and called to get on before I ever opted in. When I tried to explain how overwhelming and over the top this was, the sales person wouldn't listen and just kept talking over me to push his point and "re-schedule" me for their webinar.... And laughed when I finally raised my voice and told him that I would never be interested in their service if they did this to my clients as well. Cons Nothing really, and problem I ever had was resolved in literal hours, I don’t think the sun moved much in between my time of request and it being handled properly. Plus they are always updating it to make the features and email campaigns more user friendly and great for my clients to receive. Cons The email lacks a lot of design features. I've spent months trying to resolve a simple matter, leaving over 15 voicemails and messages and never got even one returned call. Then a Senior Account Manager at Referrizer wrote me a scolding, aggressive email that left no room for my experience or opinion as a client. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY. Pros This company is based on earning client loyalty for your business, and yet they treat their own clients with aggression and hostility. How can a company help you with something they know nothing about? Cons Their customer service is less than terrible. We mostly use the group texting and emailing, but also have really appreciated the custom landing pages. The email template can initially seem a little daunting but once you are in it's not that bad. The system is quite solid with little to no downtime or errors. Cons The only thing I wish it could do is better integrate with our club software so we don't need to import/export data regularly.
