I mainly use to to connect with my customers through email and text. Pros The software does a lot for us. We not only able to keep a database of our customers, but we can customize and send emails and texts directly from it, as well as we have a rewards system through it. I don' know that we take full advantage of it as we should. Pros I like the product and the many features it roles into one price. I just wish that we could apply it to our own phone number. I don't like having to maintain 2 phone numbers and feeling like Referrizer "owns" our phone number. Cons The limit on the characters in a text campaign is pretty small before getting bumped up to requiring more credits. And the fact that we have to use a phone number through Referrizer. Reason for choosing Referrizer Couldn’t make the same features work properly on Mindbody and the staff wasn’t fully trained on these features as it was new to their software. Cons An appointment scheduler would be nice as a part of the package to avoid tracking clients and multiple steps for clients and business owner once the offer is claimed. I really like this product in concept but still waiting to see how it will work for my business. The tech support is very fast! Cons The backend is a bit clunky--- things can be hard to find and not all the features that I would love are available. It doesn't integrate with my scheduling software.
