Pros I like the functionalities and the support team. They are awesome and are willing to guide you. Cons I think if they could only help us lessen the email bounce rate, it would be much helpful. Also, more integration would be helpful. Shopify, mailchimp, ringcentral, zoho crm, webinar. These are some of the software that we want to integrate.
