It has been smooth and simple.

Pros

This program has been easy for me to use as well as my customer. I like the ability to track the data and the platform to be able to track the return on investment.

Cons

It is such a robust platform that it’s hard to simplify what it actually does when referring new businesses.

Pros

It can get to a point where it is very automated and you can customize the interaction with clients. I love the feature to obtain reviews.

Cons

It does not integrate with my CRM despite claiming it does. There are a ton of features and some are not very practical or applicable so I only end up using a fraction of the platform.

Reason for choosing Referrizer

It had a long list of features that other services do individually/independently.

Pros

We are excited about launching this platform to help us grow. Primarily excited for it to help us gain awareness with more google and social media reviews as well as sms messaging and generating new leads.

Cons

We are currently working on finishing the set up so we have a lot to learn and get used to still but so far our on boarding rep is being very helpful.

I am switching from Fredrick within MindBodyOnline. This seems much more robust.

Pros

My account manager was very helpful and personable. This was my first onboarding meeting and information came very fast. Software seems very robust but honestly, I am just getting started.

Cons

Not sure yet. I am a new user only starting to come on board to Referrizer.

Pros

This software has very robust features if staying in contact with your client and getting info to their fingertips is important for your business!

Cons

The price point is a little high and the graphic interface for creating your own campaigns is a little lacklustre. makes it feel like you need to be a graphic person.

The support team is very good, they have helped me tremendously in helping me get set up.

Pros

I love that Referrizer has so features for us to customize and use. I love how easy it is for leads or people who have signed up for it.

Cons

There is a lot and it can be overwhelming at first. But, the good thing is to get to the point where I can truly use all the features and optimize the value of what I pay.

It has made my life easier because I have more time to focus on my business. It ties together the most effective marketing functions into one platform. I am not dealing with six different vendors anymore. I have one platform that is helping me get more referrals and new business while at the same time helping me retain my existing customers. This is true marketing automation.

Great for retention marketing!

Pros

Customer service is great. Very easy to use and set up, frees up a lot of time that used to be wasted on marketing emails and retention! Love that it integrates with MindBody!

Cons

A little pricey but it is well worth it considering how many referrals it generates. Set up is a little redundant.

I like that this is direct referral marketing that encourages people to share with their social media friends

Cons

Not Referrizers fault but we were unable to use the email campaign due to Franchise limitations. However the text message campaign more than compensated for that.

Have seen reports on sharing /referring from clients.

Pros

Loading contacts from Mindbody without having to manually do anything on my end.

Cons

I only send occasional text or emails but I’m always getting responses that I don’t have enough credit so I can’t really send out everything I’d like to.
