### "Great Customizable System with Amazing Support!"

Pros

I liked how many different options there are to customize the system for our business.

Cons

As there are many many details to set up and customize, there we a few things that were not a current feature of the system. However, they are constantly updating and adding feature requests & their support listens to what features may be needed by the customer.

The price was much more affordable and the reviews for the customer support were great. Since signing up, I have had many questions every week as we set up the system for our business. Every week a Wellness Living staff member has kindly helped me with all my needs and questions, and has gone through many avenues to help me find solutions to how I want specific details customized. :)

### "Wellness Living is a Great Tool for Building My Business"

Overall, this software is 100% vital to the success of my yoga studio business, and I love it! Recently I also had a meeting with a business coach from Wellness Living who took time to go over many of the features with me so that I could better use Wellness Living to market my business, reach out to clients and increase engagement. This was so helpful!

Pros

I find Wellness Living meets all of my business needs and easy to use, teach to others and customize/adapt as needed. If anything, Wellness Living offers even more features than I currently use. When I've needed tech support they have been helpful and easy to work with.

Cons

There have been a few work-arounds needed, and from time to time, something hasn't worked as intended- that might be user error however!

### "Do not use this software "

Do not use Wellness Living for your gym or training studio. Their sales team will tell you they can do anything you ask for, but they actually have no idea if they can do it. In the first meeting we had with them, they assured us they could do everything my studio needs... So they can sign you do a year contract. Once we signed the contract, Daniel(our onboarding person) was not able to do many of the things we needed for our company. He also was not available for appointments many times(he was on vacation I believe). Meanwhile, we are paying for their monthly service. After 6 months of still not being able to actually go live with Wellness Living's service, we complained to Matt. We told him wellness living was supposed to make our business easier and smoother, when in fact it made operations more time consuming and difficult. We asked for a refund since they were not able to do what they promised. They then again gave us more run around, and even said they were going to take our issues to their technology officers and make adjustments so their software fit our needs. What a joke! I have since cancelled payment to this company and got a refund from American Express(mainly because wellness living had never been able to get us live, even after 6 months). To summarize, DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE. They will promise you everything, but they won't do anything but take your money.

Terrible and it takes multiple people to cancel the subscription. Still waiting for someone to call me back. Customer service is terrible!

Never was effective for music school and when we needed help it would take days for someone to reach out

Cons

Scheduling was quirky and we always had difficulty reaching someone for assistance. It would take days for someone to call back.

We are able to offer 24 live coworking sessions to people on multiple continents and the FitLive has been very stable and reliable for us. We appreciate the Zoom integration very much. I had a very difficult time with the time zone converter when it was first rolled out and had to do a lot of work to get WL to fix it.

Pros

WellnessLIving makes it possible for to bring our services to the world and provides a great technological platform for a 100% virtual business. The FitLive and FitVid features are an excellent fit for our business model.

Cons

WellnessLiving could make some improvements for virtual businesses including a device sensitive time zone converter and the option of turning off the location for reviews. I would also appreciate an improvement of the aesthetic of the shopping cart for customers and a PayPal and Outlook calendar integaration.

### "Buyers remorse - check their google and Facebook reviews... you can't, they have bad reviews to hide"

Would never use again, and will be actively recommending people do not use in gym groups I am a part of, incredibly disappointing, and for someone that has been in the industry for over 8 years ,this is actually the first interaction I've had with a shady, unethical business

Pros

Difficult to move across from Mindbody and as was the case throughout using the software, the support was incredibly poor and misleading

Cons

Support is terrible, and they use hidden renewals to keep their business which as a gym owner who has seen this in the industry, may be legal but is highly unethical practice They wouldn't cancel the subscription and kept making me get on calls and gave me nothing during the calls, it was a very strange process, and then eventually said they wouldn't be cancelling as they had enacted a hidden renewal and would be holding me to it I get that, but that's not how you create a good business, that's how you claw for extra cash Clearly a sign the business isn't a good one As is the inability to leave reviews on google, or Facebook, they clearly have a lot of bad reviews to hide

### "Happy with it"

Pros

Very easy to schedule classes on the business end, and very easy to book and pay on the client's end. I also like the mailchimp integration which saves me time adding clients manually to the mailing list.

Cons

It would be nice to have an integrated session of both online and in person in one. The store could be more developed and offer shipping options and order fulfillment tracking plus more product options (color, size, etc.)

That helps encourage repeat visits, which is great, but it also improves the client experience which is great for getting them to share positive reviews and refer their friends to your business. That same focus is applied to the staff interface too, and part of the reason we added the Mailchimp integration and others is to make it easier to run your business, so you can get more done in less time! ### "I can confidently say that you won't be disappointed."

My team and I have been using Wellness Living for over a year now. The first 7 months were a total disaster because the person who helped us set everything up wasn't very knowledgeable and ended up causing several errors that lasted months after we started working with this software. We were ready to give up on this company until we talked to a great customer service representative. This person was ALWAYS attentive and happy to help us with whatever we needed. We explained the entire situation and since then, they have been a great help at resolving any issues we encountered. Our daily experiences with the software have improved tremendously and 90% of the issues we had are now gone. As for the remaining 10%, the Wellness Living team is working non-stop to find a solution for us. We are very happy and thankful for the 180° change we've experienced with them, and the excellent customer service \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has given us. If you are fed up with an antiquated and cumbersome POS management software, give Wellness Living a try and I can confidently say that you won't be disappointed. This company is willing to put the time in to improve their software and listen to the needs of their customers to build a better platform for businesses to flourish.

What I enjoy most about the software is the quality for the price. It appears to have similar/same features as MindBody and is more affordable. The software is easy to use and my clients love it.

The onboarding process was drawn out and time consuming. There were too many points of contact and it was somewhat confusing.

### "Very versatile software"

The first time I came across Wellness Living, I did not consider it because there was not a demo and it was hard to tell what features the software offered. After trying out demos for 5 other software packages, I finally called for a demo. I highly recommend you schedule a demo! I was searching for the best software solution for our new, small nonprofit yoga studio that has a very unique business model. Within the first few minutes of our first conversation with Wellness Living, it was apparent that Our rep cared about our needs and about making sure that WL would work with our unique business model. We were given a one-on-one demo where we could see how this software could be customized for our specific needs. And it was the only package that could do everything we needed! Everyone we have interacted with from the Wellness Living staff has been patient, kind, and it is obvious that they want to make sure your needs are satisfied. It was a pleasure working with this team and we are confident going forward that Wellness Living will be there to help us with anything we may need!

Pros

This software is highly customizable. You can choose how to pay your staff (flat rate, commission), there are widgets to incorporate online transactions and allow your calendar to reflect changes in real time on your website, and the interface is intuitive and easy to use. It walks you through all of the options. Moreover, everyone we have interacted with has been so kind and patient - excellent customer service!

Cons

So far, this software has been a great choice for our studio. The only con is that we were not able to see just how much Wellness Living offered until we scheduled a demo. We almost missed out on the opportunity to learn about this software because of that. I understand why they have this requirement, but it makes it difficult to compare what they offer to other software services.

I really like it, it has everything I need to efficiently manage my business. The ease of use of the platform is also remarkable. I don't have a technical background, but I was able to easily configure and customize to my needs, which was really rewarding.

Pros

I love how it offers all the tools and features I need to run my business efficiently and effectively. From online reservations and customer management to mobile applications.

Cons

I wish there was an easier way to sync data with other applications I use for my business, like accounting or sales tracking systems.

### "I tried Schedulicity, Mindbody and now have been using Wellnessliving for 2 years"

Free marketin lots of tools for owner

Pros

While working with MindBody, I started to look for a new provider for many reasons: Credit Card processing was too expensive (main reason) Mindbody only allowed MindBody Hardware (WAY TOO Expensive) -add are mostly with third parties and at an additional cost (Online booking widget is HORRIBLE) Text message reminders were too expensive (Wellnessliving Text messages included in price) The schedule's platform was solely based on payments (appointments will change color based on the payment status) When I switched, the things that I liked from the very beginning were 1) How beautiful the design of the platform was 2) How easy it was to use 3) Clients can now login with Facebook (so they don't NEED to create a new username and password) 5)How easy it integrated into my website etc., etc. basically great from day one. Once all my client data was transferred and I mean even all my future appointments, EVERYTHING, I was able to really put Wellnessliving to work for my business. With the Text messaging Marketing feature I have been able to turn around multiple slow weekends (3-4 appointments booked) to fully booked weekends (12+ appointments booked). I simply send a text offer to the clients that have not been to the office for a few months, and they call back to take advantage of the offer. It's such a beautiful and lifesaving process! Lastly, If you need help at any point or have a suggestion, they will be there for you listening. That is very Important for me

What I like least about the software is that at times it could feel expensive but then I remember ALL the features that it has...

I am currently asking Amex for a refund. I honestly can't say one good thing.

Pros

Nothing. The thing i will like most is getting my money back from Amex for this product that doesn't work.

Cons

I don't like paying for something that doesn't work. Their sales team claims the software works, the tech help doesn't show up for meetings, and the software doesn't work. Need i say more?

Highly customizable look and feel for both client facing and backend sites. Powerful and easy-to-use client Email, SMS, and AppPush notifications. Wide variety of built-in email templets with optional input of HTML source code. Easy to edit service schedules using one simple page to edit many types of services at once. User friendly for both administrators and clients.

Cons

Slightly clunky reporting system that could benefit from more customization, like the ability to tag a client and follow them through multiple reports. Lack of image hosting for email notifications, however this is work around-able without much effort.

### "Great software with some glitches "

We use this system because it is so much less expensive than mind body, but it has its drawbacks.

Pros

We like the user app and the interface when working through our browser. The app is studio specific so users are only shown our Products and services.

Cons

The software glitches occasionally making it difficult for staff and members to access the schedule which is a huge problem. The app also lacks some important features and override permissions

frustrating. spending way too much time on the computer, navigating deep into it for many functions that should be simpler, having to call tech support too frequently to help. on-boarding and training was sorely insufficient.

Too complicated and cumbersome for basic functions, and even more so for correcting, adjusting, etc.
