It's very easy to manage my yoga studio class schedule. I like the various reports it provides to make payroll easy

Pros

I like how intuitive it is to use and create links to put on my website. I like using the Achieve app. and I love the built in rewards system!

Cons

It needs to add a feature for the events (workshops) to transfer a workshop pass to another user. It needs to improve the Facebook sharing tools so that clients can share when they used WL to sign up or attend a class.

### "Very poor experience. Lost a lot of revenue and clients"

Pros

The features are well thought out. The price point is good. The turn around time for support staff is acceptable.

Cons

Even though it is fairly easy to use, the experience overall was a financial disaster. Please read why. If you are starting from scratch this may work for you. If you are migrating data over from another software, it does not transfer correctly. The issue is they do not have the know how to fix the multiple migration problems. After 6 months of the system billing my customers multiple times on the same day, refunding money, running incorrect revenue reports, and not billing customers who were on contract we lost approximately in revenue. I finally figured out where the glitch in the system was. Not the team that developed it. They have not refunded any of our lost revenue. Very very disappointed with the product as a whole and the support team not being able to figure out thier own system. If you are starting from square one then this may prove to be a good program for you. I went back to MindBody software. It is clear, and always accurate.

The best customer service by far. Wellness Living goes out of their way to solve any issue they have. They always return calls. They have patience and care for their customers. They try their best to upgrade features. Their knowledge base is helpful if their are minor issues. You can easily learn to solve your own tasks in just a few minutes.

Pros

I liked the booking feature and reminders for the upcoming classes.

Cons

The online platform at these challenging times is not my repertoire as there’s too much to look into. I tried zoom and it’s okay. I’m a person to person type to teach yoga and meditation. Although my business has closed, I could still consider going back to try out the new online features if needed.

the customer support with Wellness Living is amazing. I've never had a bad experience with them in the 2 years that I have been using them.

Cons

it took me some time to learn the system, but honestly I think that's because I had my staff doing most of it and wasn't in it enough to get comfortable. That isn't that case any longer and it feels better every day I use it.

I haven't used any other online schedulers, so I can't compare. I've heard so many nightmare stories about MBO that I wanted to avoid using them, but now I'm feeling like I'll need to make the switch or try someone else as soon as my contract with WL is up.

Pros

The interface looked nice and it appeared to have good features at rates competitive to Mindbody Online.

Cons

The software is incredibly buggy. For example, I have the link for my group class schedule on my website, but when a client clicks on it, if they have already used Wellness Living at a previous studio in the past, then it may take them to the other studio's Wellness Living. I have no control over this on my end and no way of knowing when I'm losing business because someone tried to book with my studio and got redirected. I've been told that this bug was fixed, but it is still happening. There are countless things like this—we call their tech support several times a week with similar bugs. Tech support is very friendly, but often difficult to get a hold of (presumably because everyone else is also calling them about bugs like this). When I do get a hold of them it is frequently difficult to get them to understand the problem. I've been told repeatedly that a bug is fixed, only to have the same thing happen the following week. Frequently these bugs are things like what I've described above—problems with basic functionality that seem like they should have been caught before a public release. I feel like I'm being sold a beta-quality product at a very high cost.

The issues have cost me time, lost revenue, and lost customers. I'm currently looking for a new business solution.

"Wellnessliving was HARD TO FIND!" It took me 2 years of heartbreaking, sweat, tears and hours of my valuable time down. My friends called me an 'Appointment Booking Software ho', Haha LOL, sad but true. They begged me to cancel my Mindbody software because "We can't take your complaining, just break up already". My friends know I am a power-user and extremely demanding software user. "Just pick ONE they would say. Well, which one? Mindbody, Massagebook, Vagaro, Schedulicity, Timetap, Vcita, Acuity Scheduling, Booker, Genbooks (take a breath) I thought maybe I am just too demanding. However, I wasn't about to give up and I kept trying. I would subscribe to the next appointment scheduling software with high hopes (several I paid a few months subscription). I would set-up my schedule and my hopes would be dashed. It just didn't have EVERYTHING plus simplicity, plus reasonably priced, plus user-friendly and intuitive to learn. YES, I am demanding, I know :) Wellness living is a rare gem and hard to find even for the most determined researcher. 2 LONG years searching.

Overall it works and gets the job done. I just wish I didn’t have to force close it so often and that it loaded quicker.

Pros

It does get the job done and at the end of the day works. The data syncs quickly and my clients and sessions always get logged correctly.

Cons

The app sometimes freezes and loads slowly. Sometimes I need to force close the app and restart it to get it working.

There's so many! An integrated Review & Rewards system ( not included in other software systems available) A much easier to use platform! A custom App EASE OF USE - Backend!! Email integration Retention system I could go on and on!

Pros

In short - Two years of frustration and price increases with Mindbody! After getting prices, Merchant Processing Comparisons as well as app comparisons I decided to move forward and make the switch! My Onboarding Specialist once again so patient and knowledgeable while he trained me and helped me understand how the process would work, what data would and would not migrate, the time frame we could do it in, etc. In the weeks that followed my training, before our GO LIVE date, he was quick to respond to questions I sent him and nothing was to simple or silly. Rep was exceedingly patient with me during the Go Live while we worked to clean up the few things that were in the system from the migration from Mindbody. He showed me how to put the new Widgets on my Website. Which links to send my clients as well as how to formulate and send the email to my clients so that they could get their apps set up and logins created. I did wind up calling Wellness Living Support a few times that day about very minor things and has been invaluable! No question has been too dumb and she has walked me through everything! In conclusion Migration was a BREEZE! I wish I had made the switch a LONG time ago! Support is AMAZING! I've never had this level of support with ANY business! Make the Switch! You won't regret it!

At this point there is not much we like - we have been having various issues with the App and have emailed for assistance, but we have not heard anything back. Our clients are continuously frustrated and we are unable to help them due to not receiving any assistance.

At the moment everything and the no contact from WellnessLiving - this is embarrassing.

I like working with the WellnessLiving Software and Support Staff. The software has pretty much everything and perhaps even more that I need to schedule and bill clients for yoga classes, yoga retreats, farm visits, and summer camp enrollment for kids. I am finding the support I am receiving from WellnessLiving Staff excellent, the support staff are: very patient, listen well, speak clearly as they explain what I need to do. Everyone has been very helpful with suggestions, responsive, kind, considerate and come with good humor.

Pros

The product is fairly easy to use. Familiarity helps. I like all the scheduling and purchasing options and the integrations of both. I keep learning all the options and it is more robust then I thought it would be.

Cons

It is not always intuitive for me but once I get help with learning how the software is working and how to set it up properly then it starts making more sense.

### "Mindbody Convert"

I spent 4 years with Mindbody from 2010-2014 and rejoined again in November 2019.   Recently I migrated from MindBody to WellnessLiving and I can say this has been the best decision for my company!   A few takeaways: 1) Cost was obviously a factor given COVID and the resulting downturn in the economy.  WellnessLIving has great competitive pricing which is saving me over $350 monthly; I was able to do away with two other applications. A few featues lacking but I've been assured its on their product Roadmap.

### "Great Value for Money"

Pros

Ease of deployment and quick customer service. They are always only a phone call away, and most reps that you get on the phone are fairly knowledgeable and can assist with most issues.

Cons

Sometimes the billing portion has hiccups, and when you are taking payment from someone, it is critical that this is accurate.

### "AMAZING customer support!!!"

WellnessLiving is way more intuitive than other systems and saved the company tons of money in monthly operating fees

Pros

I was contracted by a health and wellness spa to switch them over to WellnessLiving from MindBody, after switching over a fitness studio close by. It was early on in my experience with WellnessLiving and I couldn't have done it without their customer support. I called and emailed everyday and was always assisted by kind and patient employees, and my concerns were always a priority to them, even though I know they had plenty of clients to assist. They always made me feel valued and never stopped helping me until my problems were solved!

Cons

It is a lot of work to switch over operating systems and something that is very nerve-racking for business owners, however the value and money you will save is so worth the effort, and customer support does not stop until you have what you need or assure you they will work with the development team to get you what's needed!

### "Transition from MBO to WL"

Great! I have mainly dealt with rep, who has been incredible patient and helpful. This is an overwhelming process, so I really appreciated that time he took to support me in this transition. He also got back to me on any questions he didn't have the answer to. All in all, I am happy we made the switch!

Pros

Ease of use Transition was smooth with the help of rep Support to help fix issues WL offers a lot more functions than MBO for a lower cost

Cons

It is definitely a learning curve, but rep and now the support team have been helpful. It is frustrating that when I substitute a teacher it shows clients that it is a substitution. MBO allowed me to turn this feature off and I would like to request this change in WL.

### "Big mistake "

I really wish I hadn’t switched over to them, doing a second software merge in one year is expensive and time consuming

Pros

All of my pros are outweighed by the number of hours I’m on tech support fixing things

Cons

Too many glitches, not user friendly, the staff app is terrible and everything loads really slow
