Pros

The wellness team has been absolutely invaluable to me and my business, helped me navigate through so many tough spaces and has always been patient, kind and knowledgeable sending me videos and extras in order to ensure understanding and efficiency for my business! Couldn't ask for a better guide! thank you so much! I like the ability to keep appointments,income, reminders events classes, services, clients efficient In one space.

Cons

When checking out a client through the store I would like do the option to book another appointment in that same space also I would really appreciate if this software included a place for dispersements/expense and I am waiting for the mobile/tablet compatibility

### "THE best place to manage your Music School!"

Hands down the best thing about Wellness Living is the people who work there. I could never say enough good things about my trainer!! She went over and above to ensure that I was transferred accurately from my previous company - including giving up her Saturday morning to spend 5 hours on the phone with me. She worked to be sure all accounts were in order, organize the store, update settings, showed me where to find specific reports, etc. She made sure all bases were covered as I started. The owners are equally professional and committed to their business, staff and clients. GREAT company!!!

Pros

I love the ease of use! Compared to my previous software, there are far fewer steps to execute normal tasks. The design and functional clarity gave me a lot of confidence right away. No business software could actually fall under the heading "Set it and forget it!" but this comes the closest!

Cons

I can't say there is anything I like the least. It does everything I need it to do easily and clearly. Perhaps the one thing I would add would be the ability to extend sessions by dragging them down to the next 15min - otherwise I really appreciate all that it does.

Customer friendly, easy to use interface, customizable interface, fantastic customer service, they take suggestions from customers on ways to imrpove and actually implement them.

Cons

Newer company so still working out kinks in new features, the migration process was chaotic for an established business hopefully this will improve as they grow

The software is good on most days but when it is bad it is really bad. I love to hate having them for business. They are the best option for us now.

The updates and changes are wildly unpredictable and not stable possibly changing things that work to not working.

”I have tried many different types of fitness software for fitness studios, but Wellness Living is definitely the best. The software itself is user friendly and intuitive for both clients and staff. If you do need to call IT for help, you speak to a staff member immediately and your problem will be solved by the end of the call. You get quality software for much less than competitors.”

Pros

The interface is completely user friendly!! Click, click, click and you’ve set up a class, a schedule, a teacher, a client. No multiple deep menus, a dashboard that is extremely well organized, no zombie classes hiding six menus down. It’s just SIMPLE to use and still has everything you need! I trialed and looked at 6 options. Hands down this is the best option both cost and user wise. The amount of time I’ve saved managing my software has given me time to grow my business and focus on more important things!!!

Cons

The full site isn’t optimized for mobile. Other than that, I haven’t had any glitches. This is so much better than Mindbody.

Pros

I love the automated reminders to my upcoming appointments which has helped decrease the amount of no shows and clients running late because they forgot about the appointment.

Cons

The price was a bit hard to come up with at first but we use the software so much that it's worth every penny!

It's probably our most important cog in the wheel that is our business. It keeps everything organized and allows us to provide great customer service.

Pros

WellnessLiving has been responsible for much of our growth and retention. It was easy to get up and running with them. Also, their customer service is great. They've reached out to me several times to see if I wanted help with anything, and they provide plenty of tutorials to help get the most out of their software. They also have systems in place to automatically get customers reviewing us, talking about us, and connecting with us. We have around 30 reviews thanks to them. All in all, I've been very impressed with their service.

First, the product is VERY user friendly, you don't need to go to a university to use it. Hank, was my first install contact with the software company. He was helpful, knew the product well. For the data migration staff, Will was my main point of contact. He was extremely helpful and caring about all our needs. We had 15 years of data to transfer, it was not an easy process. Will answered all my questions without any hesitation. And if he didn't have then answer that moment he did within 24 hours. To me that is amazing and tops many software companies. After using the product for over a month, we are more than pleased! It's mobile friendly and I don't have to carry laptop or use an inefficient app to run my business from home or off site. The widgets integrate easily into our website. They look great and keep my website mobile friendly! The reports have many filters, and I can see everything I need at a glance. They really created a stellar program that allows me to everything in need. I no longer need to pay out to separate companies for emails, data tracking, reviews and rewards, or texting. I can do everything from 1 software, which means I get to spend more time doing what I love to do!

I recommend this software to anyone starting a fitness business. They take into consideration that we are in the business of health and wellness and have kept the software simple to use yet it has the ability to do as much as you need it to.

Pros

I did not look forward to converting from a different software company, but the transition was so simple. I had excellent support from the WL team and ALL my data imported successfully. I've been with WL for 7 years and would never consider switching again. The software is easy to use and so customizable. Perfect for a small or large staff. I can easily access reports and creating new packages is a breeze. What sold me initially is the one stop shop- software, email campaigns, reviews, and an app all for one price!!

Cons

The company has grown fast and they do their best but they could use a bigger customer service dept. I always get an answer, just not always right away.

\- Ease of use - Well thought out functionality (everytime I am like "I wish it could...." I find that it already does! - Constant updates and added functionality - Helpful support staff

Cons

\- Sometimes support doesn't answer the phone right away (they will return your call or email within hours, but sometimes I need to talk to someone RIGHT THEN) - Sometimes new features are released before completely bug-free (but they fix things as soon as it is brought up)

Overall the experience has been GREAT, particularly with all the help from the tech support team. (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is the BEST!)

Pros

There are many features in the back end that are much better organized: setting up purchase options, events, products... Most importantly, particularly at the present time, the Zoom integration and on-demand video platform has been a HUGE plus!

Cons

There have been a few glitches here and there... one we discovered the other day is that the discount code was not able to be applied to all our products. There is also no way of attaching a receptionist to the class.

Some of the customizations regarding the process to schedule my staff is laborious.

Pros

Being a small, independent owner/operator with limited resources, Wellness Living has been a huge help! My clients have commented how easy it is to use and they appreciate the reminders. ### "Lacking in universal calender integration for end user"

If I had a choice, I would stay with MindBody until the universal calender integration option was available for the end user. That is how much of an inconvenience this is. There is no iCal, no ics file, etc. as options only Google Calendar.

Pros

I like it's ability to show all locations (local yoga company has 3 studios which are all accesible with under a contractual pass). In MindBody, it allowed you to see all locations IF you added each location to your favorites and viewed your favorites list, which might include other business if you favorite'd them in MindBody.

Cons

Lacking in calendar integration from mobile apps. MindBody provides integration with many calendar sources while Wellness Living provides integration with Google Calendar only. When a feature request was made, the response set the expectation for a wait..."We have created a request "Outlook Calendar Sync" as a new feature. The development of new features are fairly complex and this new feature will need to be thoroughly thought out before we can begin it's implementation process. While we are working towards this feature, you can view the status of its development using the ticket identifier WL-9757." I feel this software service is a little underequipped for this reason but that might be because they are new and growing.
