### "Lacking in universal calender integration for end user"

If I had a choice, I would stay with MindBody until the universal calender integration option was available for the end user. That is how much of an inconvenience this is. There is no iCal, no ics file, etc. as options only Google Calendar.

Pros

I like it's ability to show all locations (local yoga company has 3 studios which are all accesible with under a contractual pass). In MindBody, it allowed you to see all locations IF you added each location to your favorites and viewed your favorites list, which might include other business if you favorite'd them in MindBody.

Cons

Lacking in calendar integration from mobile apps. MindBody provides integration with many calendar sources while Wellness Living provides integration with Google Calendar only. When a feature request was made, the response set the expectation for a wait..."We have created a request "Outlook Calendar Sync" as a new feature. The development of new features are fairly complex and this new feature will need to be thoroughly thought out before we can begin it's implementation process. While we are working towards this feature, you can view the status of its development using the ticket identifier WL-9757." I feel this software service is a little underequipped for this reason but that might be because they are new and growing.

We recently switched to Wellness Living after using Mindbody for three years. The data migration was easy... and any questions I had were quickly answered by my implementation rep. So far, I am loving the ease of making changes, and working in the client portal. I also love how my students can put their picture on their app, so it makes it easier for our teachers to recognize who is coming in and helps us remember students names. I would def recommend making the switch to Wellness Living to any studios out there looking for an easy way for clients to access your schedule, pay for classes.

Cons

The only negative, which is not a huge deal, is the app is a little slow to open....

Syreena Maycock was really helpful in solving three issues we had with one workshop. She gave us clear directions on how to solve the issue and provided videos to help us as well. She was great, very friendly as well.

At times it's not user friendly or there are features that we would like to see that haven't been implemented yet.

### "One of the worst business decisions I made"

One of the worst decisions I made. I was frustrated with MindBody Online (9 year customer) with their last outage and non-responsiveness to customers. At the end of the day, I need a fast, reliable, software and Wellness Living has been the worst experience. WL owned up to all of the errors with the data migration but could never deliver a reliable software.

Seemed Simpler than MBO and that they cared about a relationship

Cons

Super SLOW, reporting not reliable with data. Updates seem to mess up data and functionality. Customer service rarely available and many features not customized for specific business.

Every time we have had a question ( and believe me, there have been many) He is very quick to respond and makes sure our issue is solved in a very timely manner. Along with rep, the customer service team at Wellness has been exceptional as well. I am grateful for the team at Wellness Living and look forward to growing our business with them!

Cons

There have been a few updates that I would like to see happen, but have not yet been completed. However, I understand that WL has to make sure more urgent matters are taken care of first, it would be nice to know about the status of my requests.

### "Difficult - loads of potential but loads of bugs"

Easy to use good features good value compared to competitors customer service is friendly and tries to find solutions.

Cons

We've encountered loads of issues since migrating from our previous system which has negatively impacted our business and cash flow. Every week we encounter a new issue that is impacting our ability to do business smoothly. Customer service has been often slow to respond and you can rarely get them on the phone. I have waited more than 48 hours in many cases to get a response to a phone call or email. not good when you have an urgent issue. The system is slow - long load time which can be difficult during busy times when you are trying to process payments or look for information.

I really enjoy this software, not just because it's Canadian, like me, but their overall platform is easy to work with and is fairly simple to set-up. Great product and customer service too!

Cons

It would be nice to be able to have an individual option for each student to apply a credit to their account individually as opposed to disengaging the overall global option in the setup.

It's Canadian and I will go above and beyond to support my peeps even though I live in the US.

Ease of use from the customer side. WL seems to be in-tune with the needs of a yoga studio; always open to suggestions and are continuously updating there systems to support the needs of my business. Tech support is amazing and always willing to help you to find a solution to any problem. I had to close my business this March and they were very supportive to my needs. I appreciate their ability to see the ups and downs of us small businesses. Great price for the value!

Cons

Reports can be a little tricky to navigate to try to get what it is I'm looking for but there is usually a way and with a call to tech support they guide me to create what it is I need.

Pros

We were a customer of another booking software company for over 5 years and when they merged with another company and then double their fee we quickly search for another company. We search various companies then we found Wellness Living. The great thing about Wellness Living was immediately the Customer Service, the application and of course the price was right. They were available to help design the software to our needs and their customer service reps were SO friendly and helpful. Particularly as we transition from one company to Wellness Living. Our clients even like the ease of the application when they are booking on line. I highly recommend Wellness Living to anyone looking for a booking software for their company.

Nothing have not found anything we do not like about the software

Pros

Wellness Living has LOTS of features, love the app, great customer service. They are amazing! Big thank you to the WL folks, thanks to you all I can run my business with ease!!!

Cons

There is nothing I don't like (sorry, they really are wonderful). Although EVERY company has room for improvement, the difference with WL is they continue to improve, and see issues to the end.

Works great!

Pros

Easy to use, all data was brought over from Mindbody Online, so we didn't have to do any of the heavy lifting... They are always interested in improving the software and have been very responsive whenever we come up with a new need.

Cons

Some features affecting our business were missing, but they have been rapidly adding. Automatic re-billing of failed CC or ACH transactions. 24 hour support not available yet

Pros

We love the software at our yoga studio. What we like the most about the software is the customer support, the team is SENSATIONAL! They are always pleasant and really go above and beyond to help you!
