This is my first time to use software of this nature. Wellness Living and their support team have been extremely helpful in walking me through the set up and continue to support me as I learn how to navigate it. I appreciate their patience as they are so willing to take me through procedures step by step. Wellness Living has been the easiest thing in the process of opening my business!

Better communication with our members.

Pros

Some great features that we didn't have with our previous software. Looking forward on learning how we can utilize it even more to enhance our members experience. Great feedback on the ease of use for the app.

Cons

Some issues with certain features don't work within what we utilize in our business, ie class lists / sign in sheets. Luckily I learned to create a Excel Macro to simplify our process, but shared it with them for other users as it isn't common knowledge.

Since making the switch from Mindbody, we've been running more efficiently than ever before!

Pros

I used to use Mindbody, but after switching to WellnessLiving, I haven't looked back once! Not only is this far cheaper (50% the price), it's actually a better product too! The automated features of WellnessLiving save so much time and energy! From instant notifications to schedule changes, this covers it all!

Cons

I've encountered a few bugs, but after contacting customer service they were either addressed, or, more often, revealed to be user error on my part! :)

### "New to the Platform - enjoying it so far"

I have a thriving yoga studio and its been enhanced by having WL software as my customer facing software is a win.

Pros

This software has a lot of functionality and being able to drill down on figures is very helpful for the business. I'm finding it easy to get around abut for the finer detail get hold of customer support - they're knowledgable and pretty easy to get hold of. The Knowledge base is a useful tool too. The platform allows you to have everything in one place - online shop, booking, customer communications; it's all working very well.

Cons

The phone/tablet App is slow and not great on functionality and they don't have an integration to book through Instagram.WL is aware and are working towards fixing the issue with the app I'm told.

Mindbody was one of the most painful pieces of software I ever used. And the day I was able to stop using it was the day I first felt free! All joking aside as a marketer first I needed a software that was capable of helping me reach out to my members, and more importantly to be able to reach out to my new members who are on trial testing out my gym. Thankfully Wellness living is able to do this and it is the true power of growing my business. As I am now able to send specific targeted emails to each member depending on what # of classes they have attended. This is so powerful as I can't be there to know when each person shows up, and this helps give the perception of me being able to connect with all the new faces every month. Powerful stuff. And with the ability for the system to ask for testimonials, and periodically check in with members this software is far advance from Mindbody or anything else in the industry. Try it, I would not know where my business would be without this incredible piece of software, it is like a super front desk employee, all automated and consistent to the tasks I need as a business owner

Pros: This is truly an all in one business solution. We have been using the product for 2 years and have seen the benefit of being able to manage classes and workshop scheduling, client accounts and automated marketing as well as targeted marketing. We have been able to significantly increase our communication with our clients, which in turn has helped us increase our business with them as well as bring in new clients. Cons: We encountered a number of issues when we first implemented WellnessLiving, especially trying to schedule and manage our monthly Workshops. Their team always responded quickly and courteously to our problems and eventually were able to fix the problems. We have seen significantly fewer issues in the last 12 months and in fact they continue to roll out improvements that benefit our business. Overall, this is a great tool that offers a truly integrated solution to managing your business. They continue to make improvements and have a wonderful team that is very responsive. Though our start-up was bumpy we are now seeing big benefits to our business!

Wellness Living has been a great addition to our fitness facility. The system is easy to use and has a lot of options for a growing boutique fitness facility like ours (Hi-Ignition Fit Lab). While there are still many things they are continually working to upgrade and add, the staff is always very friendly and helpful!

It is super easy to use, and the customer support is always very kind and helpful.

Sometimes it takes a while to get new updates to the software, but I know the engineers are always working hard to ensure our needs are met!

What I love about the Wellness Living site is the how easy it is to set up and sell monthly WiggleKids® memberships to our clients. The icons/features in our back office store are colorful and easy to find as well as simple to set up. Wellness Living auto bills my clients monthly for me so I can spend more time teaching and reacting to the other needs of the business. There are a lot of reports available to me to help forecast my sales and keep my clients accounts up to date...I would love a "printer friendly" format but the information is all there. In EVERY occasion that I have needed something that the site didn't do, I could pick up the phone or email someone directly and get an answer, resolution or an addition of a new feature to the program ! The customer service at Wellness Living is SUPERIOR! It completely makes any growing pains this new company may be experiencing with their high volume of business and requests well worth it. There hasn't been anything that I have come up against hasn't been resolved or has had a negative impact on my business. Thank you to Sasha and Ryan for your dedication and patience !

It seems that this company build their platform by catering to what their customers want. This creates an efficient, user friendly, all encompassing platform that integrates well with my business, and I would imagine any other. So far so good. I will update as time passes.

Pros

As with many others, migrating to this platform makes financial sense, even if just for the reduced credit card processing fees. In a nutshell, it can manage pretty much every aspect of your business, and you can keep informed with generated reports. It saves on hiring extra staff.

Cons

As of now I cannot find any. I am a relatively new user.

Barefoot Studio changed over to WellnessLiving in July and the support staff was one of the most willing and able set of people we have ever worked with. They answered all our questions, fixed our errors as we learned the new system and even made changes to the system to accommodate some of our special needs. The ability to target our clients with email and text reminders of events and appointments has freed up the staff and our clients love to receive them too!!! Reports are easy to read and analyze. Managing the class schedules and booking appointments is easy and can be done from anywhere. The software makes it easy to modify schedules, book appointments, track passes, and communicate with one or groups of clients. The ability to manage access to the system by employees has reduced the number of errors being made during the course of business and makes it easy to catch problems and retrain employees when necessary. Overall WellnessLiving has removed the chaos that existed before we joined them. Everything is under one roof, easy to find and use.

We've been mindbody clients for 3 years and it was a nightmare. Working with wellness overall has been a great experience, from migration to working through learning a brand new system! Wellness is a fairly new company. There are bound to be hiccups & things that need some fixing. Be patient they will work with you to resolve the problem. Which any company should be willing to do! The customer service has been excellent on a higher level and these peeps have been great to work with! Pros: We are confident the system will only continue to get better and better! We look forward to all the features that are coming! Wellness has been quick to respond to emails and will dig deeper if necessary to find and resolve any issue. Cons: We did lose some clients moving from our transition. Wish we had been more informed about how their merchant processor worked. Ideally to us the Pros still outweigh Cons and we would never go back to mindbody! We would refer anyone to try Wellness, you won't regret it. We haven't!

### "The Worst I have ever dealt with"

Cons

The horrible customer service and financial mistake disaster. Customers double charged over and over with no remorse or true willingness to help or make things right. We ended up finding out the glitch ourselves, not the support center which we had to spend countless hours on. The entire process over a six month period was the worst I had ever experienced in twenty years of retail/customer service experience. We were very lucky to survive with out loosing our entire customer base and going out of business. The amount of money they owe us is a joke and we still have not received a refund or any effort to truly make things right. Do not try this product!

Pros

I love the integrations, especially with Zoom. This has made my pivot to online coaching seamless.

Cons

The only Con I can think to say is that the software is expansive and you need to take a little bit of time to learn it, but that could just be me.

Fuss free, not crashing on a weekly basis or causing my clients headaches.

Pros

It's intuitive. I have everything I need in the software and it's working properly every day without 'issues' that prevent myself or my clients from booking. I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service, I reckon those guys are answering my emails in their sleep they are so quick to respond. If you're on a competing site do yourself a favour and move across. I had a slight last minute panic attack because the whole migration was massive and the thought of my clients being inconvenienced stressed me. Best thing I've done for my business was move to them. Not one regret.

Cons

I've only been using the software for a few months now but having used a competitors product for several years I knew what I would be looking for in both good and bad. This has every function I used prior and it's far easier to navigate. So in short, I actually haven't found any cons yet!

I enjoyed it and so did clients but it was too expensive.

Pros

There are a ton of features included with WellnessLiving software. It makes keeping track of appointments, customer data, sales, etc very simple and easy with lots of customization!

Cons

It was a bit too expensive to use long term but and it took a few days to learn and understand. But the customer service was helpful.

### "Moved from Mindbody with the promise of a better solution at a cheaper price."

None I'm switching back to Mindbody.

Pros

Nothing about this software is easy. It takes too many pages to complete even the smallest transaction.

Cons

To do any transaction takes many pages and clicks. The reports are worthless. They have no concept of what a business needs to reconcile accounts or to help with payroll. Although it is less expensive than Mindbody it cost us more time to process anything, which cost us more money.
