So far so good,I have used the company for over a year. I have planned to continue and I like that if I recommend them get rewarded as well.

Pros

What I love most is when I have a problem, the Wellness staff is there to help as soon as they can. They are so wonderful.

Cons

I would have liked a longer on boarding experience. The beginning is so important to try to understand and the beginning can be overwhelming!

I am definitely satisfied with the overall functioning. I think it is user-friendly, and when I have questions, the A. I bot always offers me the right answer.

Pros

I like the weekly training virtual sessions so I can use the software to its full potential. I like being able to have multiple schedule widgets, and I appreciate the patience from the staff.

Cons

There is not much to dislike; however, I do wish the User Apps had fewer glitches. That has been recurrent but not terrible.

### "Best Client Management Tool"

I was searching for a CRM tool that could do all the things that are not my strength in business so I could focus on the care and attention my clients deserve. There were a few others, but the response, team, follow up, training, customer service, and follow through from WellnessLiving continues to impress me. They are efficient at their job and have answered many of my questions right away on a call. And if not, I get a personalized response with the answer. Each department that I've worked with has been wonderful and supportive. Very pleased!

Pros

Ease of use for both me and my clients. Customer service and support is excellent! Friendly platforms for app and through website.

Cons

Billing ACH withdrawal do not happen on the same day (main cost + Zoom integration) come on different dates. Client cannot select option to pro-rate their dates to "fill in" until the 1st of the month (when I have cycles start).

Pros

I like that WellnessLiving is a quick and easy booking tool for members. The staff can also access all the information needed in one spot!

Cons

Sometimes the WellnessLiving app glitches and needs to be refreshed often. Otherwise, the app is great!

### "Do Not Recommend Whatsover"

It has not been pleasant. If you are reading this, find another CRM and marketing automation platform. This has little going for it with lack of trasnparency, lack of support, lack of API support.

Pros

This has been a difficult experience trying to get a hold of anyone. I can't in good faith recommend this company for any of my clients.

Cons

They took money but don't offer any support. I have numerous emails, I've reached on on their social media, I've never received an acknowledgement or any call backs.

### "Best in the industry "

I’ve used all the major fitness studio software platforms over the years, and I’ve been with WellnessLiving for a few years now. Hands down, it’s the easiest and most user-friendly system I’ve worked with. The layout is super modern and intuitive, which makes a big difference when you’re in it every day. One of my favorite features is that you can message clients directly from within the platform- this has been huge for us in keeping communication organized and consistent!!! The reporting is really solid and easy to pull what you need, and our clients love how simple the app is to use on their end :). Overall, it’s just a really well-rounded system that supports us and our clients experience in a big way. I’ll never go back to MB!!!

Pros

Love being able to message clients through the platform. You can message client groups, classes, etc. Can integrate with other platforms such as Zapier.

Cons

The reporting capabilities are so great, but sometimes can get complicated and confusing. This is probably my issue though!

Great product and accessible, friendly support for our client management. Also really like the Presence Website team to keep our website looking its best.

Pros

The ease of adding clients and managing classes and event offerings. We moved over from MindBody online several years ago and found Wellness Living to be much easier to use and more attractive and functional overall.

Cons

The attendance kiosk that runs 24x7 and unattended at the studio for client check ins does not work as seamlessly as we would like.

This has been one of the best software suites I have used for my company, it easily handles scheduling, client profiles, notes, and cashing out people. The best part is all the therapists can see their schedules for the day right from their phone.

Great scheduling, therapists can see their scheduled appointments, can do your notes using your phone, etc.

it can be difficult to get used to when using it on your phone.

I use Wellness Living facility management software and I have a branded app through them as well. EVERYTHING works smooth as silk, but life is not perfect, so when I have a question or need a solution, their product support is tremendous. Highly recommend!

Pros

Their support is tremendous. Always available and knowledgeable. The software is very versatile, and when I can't work on something, they're always available for a workaround.

Cons

Between my software, merchant processing, and branded app, it's a little difficult to follow the dollars.

An excellent overall experience, the customer service is really good - any queries are answered quickly and effectively.

Pros

We have been using Wellness Living for around 3 years now and it works so well for our Fitness and Dance studio. It is easy to operate for both staff and clients, through our website or App and it is constantly being updated with new features and improvements. We can tailor our class packages and payments very easily to suit our all our different membership offerings, and also aids the administration of our staff and instructors salaries etc. Wellness Living also provides a vast range of different reports that are invaluable in helping us assess our ongoing performance and also plan our future strategies. Would highly recommend.

We really haven't found any negatives aspects to working with Wellness Living

We have been using wellness living for a number of years and the platforms a great fir for our Swim Coaching business. It allows us to set up lots of different session type for our customers to easily book and schedule on line, whether these are tailored individual appointments, or one off or regular group sessions.

Pros

Wellness living are always striving to improve the platform, and much of this is based off of customer requests for feature to make their life easier and the business more effective and efficient.

Cons

Occasionally the platform suffers from errors after an update, but these are usually rectified in the background quickly once reported.

### "Wellness Living software review"

This is the 3rd software company that I have used, and I am definitely pleased with it. they are constantly adding features to better serve their customers which in turn helps our customers. Price wise is about the same as others. Support has been top notch every time I have interacted with them. This alone is hands down one of the best reasons to use them. I've been a customer since 2023 and I have recommended them to others as well.

Pros

The system itself has so many options. Price is on par with others. Support is unbelievably helpful. Constantly upgrading the system.

Cons

Price can be slightly lower to really leverage against competitors and to entice companies to use their software vs others. Set up, because of so many options, was very frustrating. Once they were able to get support on the phone with me, they spent hours making sure everything was set up including follow ups.

### "A good product with great potential"

Overall, it's a good product, with friendly customer service, seemingly understaffed engineering team, and questionable product strategy. It suits our needs and so far I don't regret picking it.

Pros

I've done pretty extensive research before I chose WellnessLiving, mostly because of the unique set of features they have which suits our needs the most. It's not the most mature software out there and many of the features would still need more fine-tuning, but it can do a few things that most other platforms does not support, like recurring booking, and extensive reporting etc.. The customer service is quite responsive and accessible as well.

Cons

Many of the features still need more fine-tuning, for optimization or even bug-fixing. They seem to have a strategy that focuses on building new corner case features instead of fixing existing ones, so it could take months to address existing issues, and it could be rather disruptive for our business.

### "Wellness works for most apt businesses!"

Most problems are solvable with workarounds if they do not develop a solution for you right away. Overall the program solves a lot of our customer account management problems in a secure way. It also solves a lot of scheduling issues and teacher management issues. The learning curve is quite steep however and you need tech savvy staff to use the program and personally, I recommend assigning a team lead.

Pros

Wellnessliving is a dynamic UI for small businesses that focus on appointments, classes and retail add ons. I liked that once you understand the logic of the UI you can easily manage workarounds for your business regardless of what type of business it is.

Cons

The program is fitness-centric so sometimes there are limitations in the program especially around payment plan styles which we found frustrating.

We switched to WellnessLiving almost two years ago now, and it's been working great for us! The transition from our old booking platform was as seamless as they could make it, and our clients love how intuitive and easy-to-use WL is. The apps also work really well and make client check-in a breeze, even when the internet is out or an instructor (who is relatively unfamiliar with the software) has to use it. WellnessLiving is also significantly more affordable than our old, often clunky, program. It works great for our needs as a small yoga studio!

Pros

The price point is great and the software is super easy to use!

Cons

We've been with WellnessLiving for about two years and had minimal issues come up - occasionally we'll think of a feature that we wish existed or was integrated, but all-in-all, it's worked great for us!

### "Best system & customer service we have ever experienced "

We fell in love with the system the moment we saw it almost 2.5 years ago when we decided to open our Pole Dance Academy. Eventhough it was a bit pricy for us & the currency and economy in Egypt is extremely unstable we decided to go for it (as previous clients of Mindbody, we where beyond happy to find a system that offers much more & that is super pretty & inclusive of all services). We have been struggling alot with our business growth due to the economy but we really didn't want to give up because we are super passionate about what we do helping & empowering women through sports & training. We almost gave up on the app and each time the wellnessliving team (especially \[sensitive content hidden\]) helped us out and gave us exceptions to be able to go through. Thank you so much to our Wellnessliving family, we are beyond grateful to have you & for all your unconditional support.

Pros

Everything about wellnessliving is amazing. The interface itself is user friendly, beautiful on the eyes & inclusive of all services we need. Moreover the team & customer care is unbelievable, we see that the company doesn't just care about profit & numbers, you really care about the customer experience and helping out at your highest capacity to facilitate your partners' business and to help wherever you can. A special thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\] (Customer Success Manager), he has been with us since the beginning and he really made our life a million times easier and helped us with our small business. Thank you we appreciate it.

Cons

The only thing we struggled with is the pricing with the currency devaluation & economic crisis our country has been going through it has been challenging. but to be honest, the team at wellnessliving really understood our struggles & facilitated the best options with us.

### "Way better than our last CRM "

Overall its a huge improvement for our team!

Pros

I am a fan of Wellness Living compared to our last CRM. I appreciate the quick improvements that are made when enough people make a suggestion.

Cons

I do feel like the reports that are available can be a little limiting at times for pulling specific metrics. I also wish it had more official invoicing capabilities. Some client types we work with get funding from government programs and require official invoices that we have to go outside of the system for. Other than that we love it

Best scheduling software company out there that actually cares about their customers.

Pros

I own Ease Wellness in Memphis, TN. We swapped from Mindbody to WellnessLiving in 2023 and it has been the best thing for our business. The system is so user friendly for business owners, but more importantly customers. Their white label app is amazing and worth every penny it costs. They have so many automated emails and marketing templates that you can use to grow your business. Their reports and tracking information is better than any software we have used. Finally, they actually listen to their customers and implement changes. Any business that has a scheduling need should switch ... TODAY!!

Cons

They don't track some metrics the way my business needs exactly, but I am able to work around it with the reports they do have. To be fair, I have a very detailed excel file I use to track our KPIs.

Frustrating due to its poor design and overcomplication.

Pros

It is easy to communicate with clients without sharing your phone number. I like the specificity of the calendar function.

Cons

It is slow to load, over complicated app navigation, poorly streamlined. It is also difficulty to navigate client booking for the actual client. Client always has so many questions due to the booking options on their end.

Overall it has been night and day from our previous software. It's easy, very user friendly and does everything we need it to do and more.

Pros

We like how easy and intuitive it is to use.

Cons

We don't love that you have to email them to remove someone from your database. We also wish there were an option to have a waitlist without putting in credit card info. Although we are a free gym and there would be no charge, we do not wish to accept credit card info for liability and privacy concerns.
