Overall our experience was lacking and we ended up moving to a new rewards program (Kangaroo) which integrated with our POS and E-Comm systems and offered a more robust reward system for our customers.

Pros

Thirdshelf was pretty easy to use and set up

Cons

Although it was easy to use, the functionality was very limited with this product. We were not able to offer very many options for loyalty rewards, i.e. tiers. We also were not able to use this program with our Shopify e-commerce platform so we ended up with two different loyalty programs for in-store and online which was not the best user experience
