The stability of OE has improved greatly from a year ago, as well as the enhanced features. The OE team is great. They are true partners. We collaborate on features and product enhancements regularly. In the field our servers love the product. It is simple for servers to pick up. They are usually up and running with an hour of training. The managers struggle a little because they need to learn a new workflow. But once they have built the muscle memory they are fine. This product will be driving value for our chain for years to come. Pros Ease of use. Table side ordering and payments is great. Cons Stability has been a challenge in the past. The development team has turned the corner and just needs to keep their eye on quality from here on out. The enterprise content manager allows you to configure data to meet the needs of your brand at the level of granularity required. As early adopters, we are working with our Partners at CBS to bring in the features that we need to meet the needs of our business. This came with some bumps and bugs, but CBS's support and development teams have worked tirelessly to stabilize the product and bake in quality with every release. Keep up the good work, guys!
