L’alternativa era fra le classiche società in outsourcing a servizio completo ed una piattaforma in cui il BDC che ho progettato per una rete di Dealer fosse autonomo nella gestione totale delle campagne digitali. Ne ho viste solo 2 e la piattaforma MDIRECTOR mi è stata suggerita da un altro mio fornitore. L’esperienza della consulenza commerciale, della facilità d’uso, la completezza delle funzionalità e delle statistiche che cercavo in una piattaforma di Comunicazione digitale MDirector è completa. Pros L’approccio con la responsabile commerciale è stato positivo e utile per la visione complessiva dei miei bisogni. Le funzionalità del caricamento dei data base, della flessibilità delle diverse campagne e le statistiche sono stati il mio primo interesse soddisfatto a pieno. Dovendo far utilizzare la piattaforma MDirector da un BDC interno ad un Dealer la semplicità d’uso mi ha convinto e direi conquistato. Cons L’approccio con il software è stato immediato non ho riscontrato difficoltà d’uso. Certo la maggiore conoscenza sulle varie funzioni e soprattutto “denominazioni” ( es. denominazioni campi di caricamento del Data Base ) non è stata molto intuitiva.
