Our daily tasks are smooth and quick, navigating the system is very easy and has a good flow. Our Success Manager is amazing and always willing to help with any of our needs. Cleanup work in our older records is very easy within PBX. Training staff has been relatively easy. Pros The mapping is a game changer. Having the ability to see our cemeteries has changed how we do our jobs. The 3D mapping is a huge benefit for us as well as venders and families. We have found over 100 graves to sell that we were not aware of. I love that PBX will continue to adapt for the future. Cons The bugs. There do seem to be quite a few bugs within the financial side. The support team has found workarounds for these; however, it does add additional work for the accountant. Pros PlotBox has been a great cemetery management software for our day-to-day operations. One of the biggest benefits for us is record keeping. Having cemetery records, burial information, ownership details, and other important information organized in one system makes it much easier to maintain accurate records and retrieve information when needed. one thing we really appreciate about PlotBox is their quick response when help is needed. When we have questions or run into an issue, their support team is responsive and helpful, which makes a big difference in keeping our operations running smoothly. Cons It takes some time for new users to become comfortable with all the features and workflows. But once you become familiar with the system, it becomes much easier to navigate and use efficiently. The team was incredibly supportive throughout the transition to the new system, making what could have been a challenging process feel straightforward. They are always open to feedback and genuinely listen to suggestions for improvements. The system offers a much more secure way of managing our records, and whenever we've had any issues or questions, the support team has responded almost immediately and resolved them quickly and efficiently. PlotBox represents excellent value for money, particularly when you consider the ongoing support that comes with it. It has been a breath of fresh air for our service, enabling me to do my job more efficiently, professionally, and with greater confidence. Overall, I would highly recommend PlotBox based on the positive experience we've had. Pros What I like most about PlotBox is how easy and efficient it makes mapping and record keeping. Recording documents is straightforward, and the mapping feature has made a huge difference to the way we work. Being able to view individual graves on screen, rather than having to physically go into the cemetery, saves a significant amount of time and makes finding information much easier. The booking system is also excellent. It has been built to suit the way we work, making it clear, intuitive, and consistent for all users. This has improved communication, reduced confusion, and provided much greater clarity across every booking. Cons The main thing I like least about PlotBox is that there isn't an offline mode. As the system relies on an internet connection, it can be difficult to access when working in areas of the cemetery with poor or no signal. While it hasn't happened to us so far, if our internet connection were to go down, we wouldn't be able to access PlotBox to view service details or check bookings, which could be challenging. During the initial setup, we also experienced a few bugs and issues. However, these were resolved quickly and efficiently by the support team, who were responsive and helpful throughout the process. The process alignment exercise helped to ensure that PlotBox was configured to our needs and that we also understood from our side what would be changed. Nothing has been made complicated. PlotBox is perfectly in tune with the business we’re in. Monthly catch-ups with our Customer Success Manager ensure anything we need help with or guidance on is discussed as are any up and coming enhancements that will benefit our usage. Pros Automated Interment, Deed & Memorial numbers have instantly removed the need for 3 spreadsheets. And because the system leads - it’s impossible to miss something out. We now have a complete picture of a burial/interment, from start to finish - every deed transfer, every memorial test, every work order - we have a complete audit trail. Another benefit of the system is the ability to upload documents, we can now see interment forms, or transfer forms linked to plot records, keeping everything visible and connected. Cons I can honestly say nothing, every contact we have had with PlotBox has been positive and the systems receives updates, enhancements and tweaks - all designed to improve the user experience. It's easy to follow and the amount of information that can be stored is amazing which makes great record keeping and managing funerals and record searches quick and concise. Once you know your way round it it is a very powerful piece of kit Pros Personally the reporting part for managers is excellent. It is fast and you are able to remove certain fields before you run the report. It produces you a report in Excel CSV or a PDF. You can have essential information within seconds, extremely useful when in meetings and the head of service is wanting information about cremations, burials or memorial sales etc. I also like the fact you can attach documents to it such as crem forms etc. This cuts down on the archived papers that we have to keep. It is best to get into the habit of scanning everything no matter how unimportant it might be at the time, if you need to see after the event or to chase something up, it is there wothin the record. Cons It can be difficult to navigate at first with quite a lot of toing and froing between pages, the other least thing I like about it is if you have several cemetery sites it does not give you a running sheet of the days events. The Team are so helpful and always willing to help and assist. Pros Everything you need is at you fingertips with a click of a button from deceased details to the Registered grave owner, pictures that help the stonemasons immensely. Cons nothing, it has changed the way I work, much more efficiently. Things would take so much longer, from looking into the old burial book. Our paper records were a mess & Plotbox provided a way to remediate our records & burial locations. Our records are now properly documented, mapped, backed up & secure with Plotbox . Pros Keeps records and information organized. Easy & quick data & map access. Viewing & data inputs are customizable. Map makes it easy to locate plots & share with staff & plot owners. Customizable & downloadable reports. Secure storage & backup of data. The recently provided IOS app is a great new tool. Cons Onboard training. Needed more time & adjusted for our needs as a stand-alone church cemetery. A practice module before & during the training would also be helpful. Would like to be able to disable unused entries &/or modules.
