" **Overall:** It’s been great. In the past we were using paper maps to keep track of things and plotbox has completely transformed the way we present the cemetery to families. I think it gives us a ton more credibility **Pros:** The GPS function on the mobile app, viability of available plots, categorized search, records search function **Cons:** My only complaint at the moment is with the mobile app it won’t let you stay signed in and you have to input login info every time Alice L. All of my offices are still relying on the old Burrowes system...entering in Plotbox is an afterthought. They know they have to do it, but it takes them down a rabbit hole every time trying to fix one customer leads to fixing others. I was led to believe this would be a much better transition than it turned out to be. **Pros:** I like to be able to upload a picture of memorials and contracts on a customer's space. It is nice to be able to see the actual picture. **Cons:** When I scan any info into a customer's file, it is only visible in the page I put it in. It is not available on other pages of the same customer's file. It is then difficult to find. We still have n/a showing up on our older pre-need items. They said it would be no problem to get our data. The other companies were not as positive. Well...apparently the other companies were just more honest. We also considered whether financials were offered. **Switched From:** [Microsoft Excel](https://www.capterra.com/p/176574/Excel/) **Reasons for Switching to Plotbox:** This program is a windows 95 system, and is terribly outdated.
