Pros

Dualmon has always been easy to use, it's also easy to install and it has helped out with efficiency

Cons

Very difficult to say what I like least. I use it occasionally to access a computer that must remain on site. I think the only issue is when I logged into the on-site computer and used full screen I couldn't navigate away from it easily.

Your product is east to set up, distribute and use. The remote connections survive restarts and also provide easy file transfers both to and from remote hosts.

Pros

easy to use and very reliable and much more affordable than most competitors. I cant recall ever having a problem with it, just login and connect to your system. has just about every feature you would need, i highly recommend dualmon

Cons

I really cant think of any negatives for the product as i already said it just works as expected, and i cant think af any downtime ever, so its also very reliable

This tool has been a great advantage to my company since the day we registered. It has helped in reducing our operational costs and has all the functionalities that the larger companies provide. I will continue to utilize this service for as long as possible.

Occasionally, the Android app might seem a little bit sluggish and difficult to utilize.

I also really appreciated how easy it was to add members of my team for remote access. The process is straightforward and saves a lot of time compared to other tools I’ve used, making team collaboration much simpler.

Pros

We’ve been using Dualmon for over a year now, and it has consistently impressed. The platform is noticeably easier to use than other remote‑access solutions we’ve worked with in the past, with a clean interface and straightforward setup that makes daily use effortless. On top of that, Dualmon is very competitive in pricing, offering strong value without sacrificing reliability or features. It’s been a solid, dependable tool for workflows, and we're glad we made the switch

Cons

One area that could be improved is the clarity of the toggles at the top of the viewer. They work well once you understand them, but clearer labeling or more intuitive icons would make the interface even easier for new users.

For one project I used dualmon for unassisted log in to some servers. Otherwise I use it for remote customer support.

Pros

dualmon offered a cost effective way to interact with a customers system to assist with troubleshooting their industrial processes.

Cons

The dualmon software seems to be as thorough as I need. I have not found any deficiencies using it.
