I've actually been on the road and had a customer call with an urgent question. I simply pull over, pull up the app on my phone, and solve the issue. Pros I love that it's reasonably priced and easy to use. No complicated nonsense. I have a number of customers with this installed on their machines, making it easy to help them quickly with their issues. I also use the single-use software for customers who call in for a quick repair. Cons My only complaint is the lack of reminders for renewal. Otherwise, I am extremely happy with Dualmon. There is two level authentication but it is not too fussy. There are no ads. It just seems to work!! Cons Sometimes, when setting us new machines, I have a hard time making sure the new User doe snot fall under my profile.
