Pros

Cost for features. Ease of use and the ability to connect to a device as a guest.

Cons

Some additional integrations would be nice. It would be nice to monitor if a device is up or down via an API. Also a way to check how many devices are deployed with an API as well.

We haven't had to use support even after a year which says something for the software. The 2FA security makes me feel better about the sign in process.

Pros

I am able to sign on to every computer at two different locations to troubleshoot and help my employees with everything from parts ordering to warranty applications. Our Point of Sale uses a VPN that won't let us sign in remotely so I also use Dualmon to sign onto a computer on site to bypass this problem. The phone app is surprisingly good although that is always for emergencies as it is harder to navigate which is only due to the phone size and not the application.

Cons

In some ways I wish that you could remember a computer and bypass the 2FA authenticator as it is a little tedious but the extra security is worth it.

Pros

Being a small company bang for the buck is important, dualmon provides that. Although my primary business is Internet related most of my clients are small business' too. They too are looking for the best bang for the buck, so I leverage this service in providing IT support as well as online website support. I have been a customer for several years and highly recommend this service.

Cons

I really do not have any complaints. Great support, price and service. Its simple

Pros

This remote access software offers all the necessary features and more for a fraction of the price of others. I have happily been a customer for several years, and have experienced very few issues with any part of the product. They have added new and useful features during my time using it, and it still remains a stable, and unobtrusive product on the machines I use it on.

Cons

I would like to see additional reporting options for the use of the product (Usage reports only allow single computer or all, and date range), no filters for specific user, etc...

Overall, it's got your basic support/remote access tools built in, and at its price there are no real competitors.

Pros

Being able to setup users quickly and securely with multi-factor authentication (beyond a OTP for portal login) per device is very helpful.

Cons

Not quite as full featured as other (more expensive) options.

### "Customer support by remote access"

We repair and upgrade computers, and use Dualmon to configure customer machines remotely. Doing this saves engineer service time and resources for home visits.

Pros

Accessing our office computers remotely is easy to set up and works really well. The connection is solid and we are able to work as if in the office. Once connected, servicing and fixing customer computers by remote access is easy. We don't have any evident buffering, and we are able to reboot the accessed computer and re-establish the connection afterwards. The software even allows switching between dual remote monitors, which we weren't able to do using other software previously. The web portal is great and comprehensive.

Cons

Setting up a one-time connection to a customer does seem to be a little convoluted, but having said that the software does advise you where the customer is in the process. I'm not sure how this could be improved, to be fair.

The user interface was intuitive, so users picked it up fast. The setup process was straightforward, and behind the scenes. The usersdidn't have to do any configuration. The connection was stable and reliable, with minimal lag, allowing us to work seamlessly without any disruptions.

Pros

DualMon Remote Desktop has been a game-changer for me. The ability to access my desktop remotely from anywhere has given me unparalleled flexibility in my work routine. Whether I'm traveling or working from home, I can easily connect to my office computer and seamlessly continue my work as if I were physically present in the office.

Cons

I would like to be able to remote into a dual monitor computer with a dual monitor computer and utilize both screens.

We mainly use Dualmon to provide remote support to customers of our software that are located in various parts of the world. It enables us to provide a service that would otherwise be impossible. It is fast and easy to connect, and it enables us to quickly resolve issues.

Pros

Dualmon is so easy to use. Proving remote support to customers is so simple. I particularly like having multiple connections, which means I can connect to a customer's server and workstations simultaneously to install our software or resolve issues they may be experiencing. I can also connect to computers on our own network and work remotely.

Cons

I can't think of anything negative about Dualmon.

Some of the other solutions were complex to use, while others were just too expensive. Before DualMon, we were using a product that was 10 times the cost of DualMon.

We have had a great experience with dualmon. We came over from TeamViewer and had many instances where could not access remote computers with errors about server connectivity issues. At times the connection is a bit slow, but there are many reasons. It would be great to have slightly better speeds.

Pros

Very simple to use and easy to roll out on client computers. Reliable.

Cons

It would be nice if there could be both voice and text communication with customer. At times it isn't simple to use phone and get work in Dualmon. Would be nice to have a slightly better dual monitor experience. When selecting both monitors it doesn't really allow much usability.

Excellent. The few times I have had an issue, customer service has resolved it within a few hours.

Pros

It is very easy to setup and use. You have the choice of a permanent connection or as needed. Very flexible.

Cons

Hate the screen after you connected asking if the user wants to let you see their screen. Duh, spent all this time setting up to be asked a silly queston.

### "Best Bang for your buck."

I'm a small independent contractor. I have an enterprise level account that lets me control up to 25 computers at a time. I like the price and the flexibility. My clients like that I can help them right away and the ease of connection means I can help anyone with an internet connection.

Pros

It is the most inexpensive remote support software on the market that is full featured. You can offer remote support on the fly and keep a large number of users permanently connected for a low amount of money. I originally used the more name brand options until they priced themselves out of the market. Dualmon offers a good base product and is constantly upgrading things that used to be missing.

Cons

Not much to say on the con side. Things they used to lack, like Mac support and recording sessions, they added and it works now. The product is actively developed and improved.

### "Fantastic Product for Call In Support/Attended Access"

My overall experience is near flawless. For $99/year, you cannot beat the features Dualmon offer. As I mentioned in the con section, I feel their bulk unattended access pricing isn't very competitive, but I don't feel that is the point of this software. Where it shines is the ability to create your own support page and gives your company the ability to professionally, reliably, and securely, connect to non-unattended PCs. Also, the fact the program will reconnect after restart/disconnection AND you have the ability to copy paste...these are features that are very important that you may take for granted until you use another, less capable software.

Pros

I love how easy it is to implement white label remote support. I just put the webpage on a tab on my website and it integrates seamlessly. Client's don't know the difference, and it works every time, flawlessly!

Cons

The only con I feel towards Dualmon is lack of features regarding unattended endpoints. To be fair, I think that is outside of the scope of the intended use, but, it is worth mentioning their competitors allows MANY more features when it comes to managing endpoints (for a lot more money, of course).

Helping computer users remotely, and checking running daily routines works great.

Pros

Feature of showing which computer is online and to transfer files. Different users can be set up to have access to different computers, and we use the groups for different location computers. The search feature works so well as it searches both the name of the computer and the additional description.

Cons

I wish there was a feature where dual mon would show how long a computer has been inactive for those computers that are set up unattended, this would save so much time as of now we have to login in to see if the computer is not being used so we can gain access.

I have a small computer support company, Dualmon has been a great help to me and my clients. I have several sites setup for unattended access and the others I connect on demand as needed. I've used Dualmon for a few years and it works very well for me. I've recommended it to a few clients and they have been pleased.

Pros

Very easy to use for unattended or on demand remote access.

Cons

For me I can't think of any cons, it's worked every time I've needed it. It would be nice if I could tell if an unattended compute was in use.

ve been using DualMon's RDP service for some time now, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The interface is straightforward, making it easy even for those without a tech background to get started. Compatibility is a non-issue; it works seamlessly across multiple platforms, be it Windows or Mac. One feature that stands out is the robust security options available, including two-factor authentication and end-to-end encryption. In a time where cyber threats are ever-present, this added layer of security is invaluable. The session recording feature has been a game-changer in ensuring that all remote activities are transparent and accountable. While there are other RDP solutions out there, none offer the same combination of ease-of-use, security, and valuable features at such a competitive price point.

Being able to create groups and assigns computers to users and having detailled logs are advanced features that we make heavy use of. We love it. Support too is excellent and there are apps available for mobile and tablets as well as desktops.

Pros

DualMon is an incredible tool that allows us to manage remote pc-based unattended systems with simplicity. The ease of deployment and excellent functionality allows us to perform the tasks the team needs efficiently. It has unlimited user capability and is super value for the money. Its secure and has all the features one needs.

Cons

Will not work with Linux or RPI systems although it works with Mac Systems.

Most important of all is the pricing model which does not limits the number of users. The pricing is reasonable and is based on the number of computers not the number of users which was paramount for us. All the others are based on the number of users!

This software allows easy remote access to office workstations for me and any employees. We are able to work from home or when we are otherwise out of the office.

Pros

I have used several other remote access options over the years. I hated them all. None of them worked as well as this one. Dualmon is easy to set up and does everything that I need. I have used it for many years, and I have rarely experienced any connection issues related to the software. The one issue that did occur was quickly and easily resolved by their excellent support. They sent me detailed instructions on how to correct it. These instructions remained in my account so that I was able to refer to them on the one other occasion that the issue occurred again. This product is also reasonably priced.

Cons

There are no changes requested at this time. Everything works as desired. My assistant loves it too. It is much better than our previous software.

I have used TEAMVIEWER all these years and Tualmon does not fall of them. I was looking for software that would give me a solution for remote access and this software does it excellently, it will do almost everything and every time it gets better and better.

Pros

I have used TEAMVIEWER all these years and TUALMON does not fall short of them if not better. I was looking for software that would give me an answer and rise at a reasonable price and DUALMON gave me the solution big time. It has all the options that other software has and even more.

Cons

The only thing that sometimes bothers me is the response time which is sometimes a bit slow but it can also be a hardship problem of the internet
