As long as I have an Internet connection I can get to my remote users. This has saved me many times from having to travel to out remote location because I can take care of most issues by remoting in from where ever I'm at. Pros Easy to deploy and very user friendly. Always works Cons This product fits my needs 100% Helps me when I'm home and need to assist or get work done remotely. I've even on y iPad when traveling. It really is the best solution for the price. We moved from a simpilar software that was far more expensive but as it turns out this was a better solution anyway. We use it every single day having 4 remote locations/stores and servers to access. I am sure people are looking for remote solutions since 2020, we had one all along and highly recommend it. When connecting to a laptop, this could be caused when the laptop cover is closed but the computer is awake. Only needed support once and that was fairly instant and accurate / clear advice was provided. Pros The simplicity of use and administration, a great product that just does what it says on the tin Cons The only feature I previously had and appreciated, but don't really miss, is an email warning that someone had tried to log in to our accounts from an unusual IP address. Vice President Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "A flexible, easy to use system for remote access and support" December 19, 2017 5.0 Permits me to remote administer and provide support of multiple PC's in multiple locations. Pros Web-based, so nothing to install. Client computers only require an install to allow for unattended access. For "quick" remote connection a simple "server" login through the web and a code sent to the remote PC is all that's required. It is an excellent value for the cost - I've used far more expensive systems that were not faster, simpler or more capable. It allows me to access the PC's of a remote staff with just a few clicks, allows them to see what I'm doing for training purposes, and very efficiently puts a remote PC under my direct control. Cons For accessing PC's connected to multiple monitors, it requires manually toggling between the remote screens. It DOES allow access to all connected monitors, but sometimes the window you need is visible, but not in the panel you're viewing. Review Source CH Carl H. Company gets a lot of free time that way! haha Pros I use Dualmon every single day. I log into work from home, from home to work. I don't know what I would do without it. Before I found it, I used another that cost 4 times as much. I have told friends too and others love it as well. Cons I would like to be able to drag and drop files. The other software I used could do that. Its the only thing I miss. Although a bit slow, it is still functional for a very wide range of activities that I perform on the remote PC. Good product at a good price. Pros The cost of Dualmon compared to other remote access software is great. Requiring a password each time a remove PC is accessed is a plus. Cons The speed compared to other remote access software could be improved. There is a noticeable delay in keystrokes on the remote PC. This program has saved me a lot of time. Also, it keeps me from having to drive back to the office once I have left if I forget a file. I can simply access it from home. Pros I like the fact that I can access my computer without having to carry a portable hard drive around and do everything I need to do in the office without having to physically be in the office. Cons If the computer I am accessing is turned off, then it does present a problem. Sometimes, the cleaning personnel will accidentally shut my computer off, which leaves me unable to access my computer. Review Source Chris H. Pros It does what I need. It gives me access to my remote computers and was much better priced than teamviewer which I was using before. Cons A couple of things were definitely better in teamviewer but that I can live without for the price: 1 - The log in journey is much longer. I have to access the dualmon webpage, log in, select which computer I want to access, then enter another password. In TV, I had a handy desktop app where you can just double click and access is initiated. 2 - When TV logged in, it reduced some of the bandwidth required by turning off the desktop images on the destination compueter which was handy for my users with low broadband speeds. Pros I love the fact that I can access my office computer from home, especially since I live in an area where the weather can get rough. Cons I do not like the fact that I have to keep my computers on in order to access them.
