Excellent experience. The support when needed is great and prompt.

Pros

I work remotely and must access employer files on a daily basis. I had been using a major remote access product for over five years. When their price skyrocketed, I looked for a replacement. So glad I found Dualmon. Great online viewing of files, remote printing. So easy to use. Price is very reasonable.

Cons

I cannot think of a single complaint. I am just happy to have found it.

We are able to assist our end users and be fully on their system and able to take over to repair things quickly.

Pros

It is a very easy product to use, and is a great help when remote helping a user.

Cons

I wish the computer name was able to sync with the actual computer name when a machine changes names.

I live in a remote area with systems and customers many miles away. Many issues can be taken care of by simply loggin in and being able to look at the system. Most of my systems are streaming audio visual systems, most controlled by software of some type.

Pros

Easy integration and simple for the remote customer to implement

Cons

I have no real issues with any items in Dual Mon

It is a very nice software. Intuitive and easy!

Pros

DualMon is easy to setup and easy to use. All the other features are extremely useful.

Cons

It was a little confusing in the beginning. The sales people remote into their computers at work, so the setup was simple. Then I had to create a group account for me, so I, as the IT manager (support person) had to have access to everyone's computer. It was not really confusing but different than other remote control software. I was accustomed to designing NOC's and NIC's (large scale) so it was a little different initially.

Reason for choosing dualmon

Performance & pricing were the largest consideration.

I couldn't ask for more. The service does everything as advertised.

Pros

The remote assistance portion of the software is the most valuable. The amount of hours it saves me every year in travel expenses and time easily pays for the subscription many times over.

Cons

There really isn't much that I don't like about the software. The only time I ever had an issue was when I tried using a Mac to remote into systems but most of those issues have been resolved.

This tool has been an asset to my company since the day we signed up. It has helped reduce the cost of doing business and has all of the features the "bigger companies" have. I will continue to use this service as long as possible.

The android app is somewhat laggy and difficult to use.

Overall it has been great.

Pros

If I need to work from home, I don't skip a beat with being able to log in to my work computer and complete projects if I need to work later, remotely, or over the weekend.

Cons

I wish that the screen size could match the output ratio of my computer at home. Sometimes it can be a little laggy but that is expected.

Easy to use full access to windows and mac systems. Organizing systems by accounts, giving access for support tech.

Cons

Could not think of you at the moment but would like the referral option to include the company or person name that that referred them. I have several that friends that have switched to Dualmon but did it at a later time. I'm not getting the credit for the referral.

Have easy connections to all clients. They don't have to purchase some costly software - and neither do we. By putting our logo and colors on the site, it looks much more professional. We have different sites and will be adding those users and computers so we can connect to each other as well. I put in a request to be able to print a report of the sessions so I can do some analysis and their Customer Service department had them add it. I had what I needed in just a few days.

Pros

Easy set-up for most of our clients. Very little delay when connecting to a client machine. Customer Service is superior. Can't beat the price.

Cons

It would be nice if the software did not uninstall every time after I end the session. Some of our clients have an issue with computer things that are not our software.

Being able to successfully manage my network and my servers by using Dualmon remote access software has been a lifesaver! I honestly would not be able make it without this software!

Pros

I absolutely love the ease of use of the Dualmon program! As Director of IT for the largest Methodist mission in the United States, it's imperative that I have an easy to use program to remotely access my organization's machines. I'm able to manage my servers and other PC's from anywhere with this software. I've tried other solutions, but Dualmon is BY FAR the best alternative that I've found!

There is really nothing negative that I have to say about Dualmon!

Used for unattended remote access and remote access support for customers. Our customers have been very receptive to using this software.

Pros

Installation and deployment was simple and easy to use with minimal cost. We provide remote access support using dualmon, and haven't regretted our decision to use it.

Cons

Customers have to run software to make a connection, but I suppose that is a necessary evil.

check on regular clients main systems after business hours, run updates if required and reboot them if required. repair software issues on attended and unattended clients systems. determine if software or hardware issue.

Pros

Once remote connection established it stays connected even if remote system has rebooted. you can also have more than 1 remote connection simultaneously connected. having up to 5 unattended computer connections. very cost effective.

Cons

only 5 unattended connections. would like a little more.
