Ease of Use and Signing on from any computer either locally or from anywhere in the world

Cons

When the User has 2 monitors you should be able to see both monitors on 1 screen then "drag" the window over to the 2nd local monitor

they have a lot of advantages, enjoy file transfer in encrypted form, have an unlimited number of users, remote deployment to enjoy a rapidly updated network; may be some of the great benefits included in Dualmon

Pros

The main advantage of this software is that it is scalable, so communication at the enterprise level brings work teams in a synchronized and secure way with two factors of authentication, while you could to be connected over the internet with any platform .

Cons

The truth is that even though I analyze this software, I consider that the only thing against it is the operating cost, perhaps because it is focused on corporate application.

Good for the money

Pros

Cost effective and easy to use. Other similar softwares that we looked into were about the same price per month as what this is per year. We need this too often so we dont want to overpay. This is a good alternative.

Cons

Sometimes when net op'd in the screen is a little smaller or size is slightly off.

Pros

I work with many clients that are not technology proficient. Dualmon is simple enough for most to setup that I don't fear asking them to install it for use. It is fairly fast for being on over-the-web product and much faster than others I've tried. The full set of features is much appreciated when someone is having a real thorny issue.

Cons

It could be a little bit easier to install/remove for one-off jobs, but it's not a huge barrier to use.

Excellent product! Easy install, no security issues so far, fast file transfer.

Cons

App for iPhone needs a better mouse pointer. Its not very accurate and right click seldom works.

I think having a tool like this one is very useful to me. I can easily connect to most folks. I make browser shortcuts to make it easier for them to get to the Code Site. I have renewed for 2 years now and happily do it!

Pros

I enjoy being able to connect to my servers instead of using my ancient Belkin PS/2 KVM switches. I enjoy being able to get most of my customers connected.

Cons

Some folks just can't quite figure it out and then we have to meet in person. Some folks don't close their end and the next day they ask if I'm still connected. I finally realized what was happening, so now I mention to them to close their windows too.

Excellent

Pros

Ideal for support home workers since the covid pandemic. Really impressed that you are able to reboot a remote machine and pickup where you left off. Also like the notes feature at the end of the session. This was recommended to me from our external IT support and it's been brilliant.

Cons

I haven't found any yet. The only tiny gripe would be once the key has been enter that the client software would auto run.

The software allows us to remotely support all of our clients regardless of which platform they are using.

Pros

The product is easy to use and we had no difficulties integrating it into our business. Our clients like the support options we are able to offer with it.

Cons

Remoting from an iPad is not as easy as remoting from a computer. Sometimes we need to offer support while we are in the field and an easier iPad app would help.

The hassle and travel to my business shop is the greatest benefit. Even though a few minutes away, the ability to access and transfer files after hours and during inclimate weather is a maximum benefit.

Cons

I would like to see or know if there is any way to compare and/or sychronize the files in both transfer computers.

Dualmon has been a crucial part of my career. Gaining access to customer or support computers in a moment makes a lot of projects a much simpler process. Troubleshooting becomes a breeze rather than needing to do a walk through, and installing new programs or assisting on projects is monumentally faster.

Pros

The fastest web based remote access I've used. Can be in and out of a computer in a remote location without leaving a footprint. The program will install and uninstall itself when accessing other computers.

Cons

It's still web based so at times the lag can be unbearable, but this comes with the territory.

Very helpful in providing remote support to clients on demand. Mostly we use the screen sharing to either solve customer issues or to watch their screen during training sessions.

Pros

Works as expected. It's easier than some products we've tried to get the user to connect correctly.

Cons

Does have an issue sometimes where the shift, ctrl, or alt keys will "stick". Once you're aware of it, it's not a big deal.

Ability to log in to my computer from any location at any time without being tied to an office.

Pros

Connection is easy and clear. Anytime I have contacted customer service, they were very quick to respond and resolve my issues -- which were usually computer related on our end.

Pros

The ease of use for the field persons and the status of the connection. Dualmon allows me to be anywhere my field guys need me to be.

Cons
