We loved that it was easy to set up and use. Because of COVID, we had to close our office down in one day and because of dualmon, we were able to provide seamless service to our members.

Pros

Easy to use and very reliable. Base price covers up to 10 users and is low cost for that many users

Cons

I would like to print on a local printer while using Dualmon.

Im able to enter my business paperwork from home. Im able to pay bills on my home desktop if im away from my home or on vacation

Pros

Works anywhere. Simple to use. I use it from my destop at home to log into work and vice versa. Very user friendly

Cons

wish there was an app for it on my iphone. When you use a browser on your phone to use Dualmon its a little tedious.

Easy to use and implement with clients to offer secure on-demand assistance at a moment's notice.

Cons

The dual monitor "stretching" across multiple monitors isn't easy to manipulate and use, but multi-monitor support is needed.

I can send an invitation to anyone and they can install the agent with ease and I get to handle there issue without putting stress on myself trying to explain steps to the user how to fix there issue.

Pros

This software Rocks!!! Some of my users are computer handicapped so having them install and run the software is a no-brainer and it make me happy that it is so simple.

Only issue I have is quite often when I'm in session, I need to click on documents on my desktop several times before it opens.

\- there is a lot of lag in the connections - It is not in Spanish language - not so intuitive to the user that remote support is provided

Pros

We use this software to mostly provide remote support for clients. It is easy to use and works reliably.

Cons

Least like the way clients seem to get confused about where the download goes and how to open it. Then on Macs, there seems to be an extra step.

The system is so easy to use. It's a great system easy as typing in assist.dualmon.com and boom you are in the other computer fixing or training whatever you want.

Cons

Not a thing, the syetm works great without any changes.

I use the service to work on work computers from home. The service is very user friendly, the connect never fails and there is not a lag when moving about like I have experienced with other programs.

Pros

How quickly I can log in to the remote computer.

Cons

I am not able to access the remote computer if it has gone into sleep mode.

The product is great, price is so inexpensive, customer support is wonderful!

Pros

The cost is wonderful! The program is easy to use and works very well without issues. It's great that I can set up a computer list so is easy to connect to customers that I deal with on a regular basis.

Cons

Only 1 thing, on rare occasion connectivity can sometimes drop, but this doesn't happen often and I am always able to reconnect.

I love how easy it is to understand and use. I can log in quickly to client sites and perform work as if I were there.

Cons

It could be a bit easier to assign specific computers to each of my associates/employees.

When you have older parents that use computers, it is difficult to try to explain things to them. By having dualmon, it takes the stress out of trying to explain to older folks what you need them to do.
