They also helped create the quote templates. The product is extremely simple and easy to use and for the price is a no brainer. Awesome looking professional quotes too. Pros Easy to use, nice looking professional quotations and the Integration with our PSA tool. Pros Simple integration with suppliers for live stock levels and prices, the integration with Xero and AutoTask, plus the new proposal module recently released. Managing Director Information Technology and Services Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Good supplier integration but platform needs modernising" December 10, 2020 3.0 Generally it has been a positive experience, once the little quirks have been worked around. The proposal editor is a welcome addition, and whilst it still needs work, can see this being a great feature in the future. Pros The integration with most of the UK suppliers we use is a plus, although real-time updates would be better as stock and pricing changes on a frequent basis. The online quotation and proposal system provides a more professional look than sending quotes over email, plus knowing when clients have viewed a quote is great. Cons Creating quotes and proposals is a bit slower than the method I used previously. I have to modify product descriptions quite a bit as they vary considerably from one supplier to the next. Fixing price changes is also a bit cumbersome too. Also had a few problems with the session timing out and losing work in progress. Easy to manage and administrate the tool Pros I like the fact that pricing is maintained an updated. Its an easy product to support and manage with some good functionality around clipboard copy and paste, importation of vendor quotes, and filters to sort and manage data. Cons Not sure if this is specific to our version, however look and feel of product is something out of the 80s. Reporting capability and inbuilt reports are limiting. Have had support issues in the past. Built in integration to 3rd party products (in this case Autotask) is quite limiting which results in a cumbersome end to end process. Issues related to the integration result in poor end user experience with support as neither party takes ownership and you end up going back and forward. Review Source VH Vicky H. Good product specification information provided. Cons Data accuracy isn't always the best. There's a lot of uncategorised products or products in a Misc category.
