" 3.0 November 28, 2025 Pros As a beginner, it was super easy to connect google drive or any other cloud software to import documents. Cons I think it’s kind of expensive for what it does. It does come with a seven day free trial but after that even its cheapest plan is about $99.99 a year and will only let you send for 5 signatures a month with that plan. Pros I enjoy that I have unlimited signatures and the system is easy for clients to use with little assistance. I like the formatting and options for documents. When I have an issue, the support team is always prompt with their response and solution. Cons I would like to be able to save recipients as I go instead of having to upload a contacts list. Most of the process is intuitive! Pros It is easy for users to know where and how to sign the document. I enjoy that everything is automated and the fully executed documents come back to me automatically after all signatures are collected. I like that I get updates to my inbox along the way too! Cons I am not able to use my email address, the one associated with my account, to be one of the signers on the document. As a result, I have to use one of my personal email accounts to sign documents and then receive the fully executed documents back to my work email. Signeasy allows me to do that without any limit at the number of contracts I can sign per month. Other similar softwares impose this limit which makes it impossible for me to use them.I love this flexibility that Signeasy offers. It is also very easy to use. Pros The top feature of Signeasy for me is that they do not put any limit to the number of contracts that can be signed per month. This is very important for me and it is the reason why I chose it.
