Even though I used it for a short time I did like it. It worked well, and I don't really have any complaints. I began using other apps that just had more market share, like docusign. Probably just because many of my clients already knew it, and used it.

Pros

The signature creation and the mobile signing capture are the most impactful in my opinion. If I didn't already pay for Adobe which allows me to pretty much do the same thing I would pay for this every month. I happened used the free trial. I kept adobe because my subscription came with more features.

Cons

It was naturally limited in its functionality for a user like me. I would pay $14 a month to have Adobe which can do a lot of the things I can do with this app and more. I also had docusign at some point. I used docusign because my business partner wanted to use it. However I would have preferred this. This is much more cost effective than docusign. I think they need to do a better job of marketing to let me know how it beats out the competition. That is usually what drives a decision for me. I ask what am I really getting for this price.

I would describe my overall experience as a win. I have one complaint. Touchscreen computers and tablets are implemented here, some with life-like electronic pens. The pens don't work with Signeasy. I believe the experience would be bettered if this was addressed. The most important thing Signeasy has to offer is compliance and security. Trusted by major healthcare and media companies. I highly advise considering SignEasy. Problems solved: The need for affordability. The need for integration. The need for HIPAA compliance.

Pros

\- Affordable. Consistent fair prices. - HIPAA compliant. - High security. Well documented. - New look. Performs well. - High practicality. Implement and learn to use and in a very reasonable amount of time. - Create signatures and manage all components of electronic signing. - Save templates for repeat use. - Complaints are heard and addressed. Support experience was above and beyond. - High number of integrations. - Betters time management and workload management.

Cons

\- No electronic pen integration. (Yet, perhaps.) - Email delivery malfunctions.

Because the support experience within Jotform was very poor and performance was not consistent. ZorroSign was implemented because of the need to address physical paper signing and electronic signing collectively. I believe I will continue with both ZorroSign and SignEasy.

When doing web applications which have to run on a phone, tablet, computer and require document signing; Signeasy is my company's standard tool.

Pros

It makes it easy to sign documents on a phone, tablet, or computer. Allows easy signing when the user interface is limited such as on a phone.

Cons

Some releases are buggy and can be very frustrating. The pricing isn't very competitive.

Pros

The product is easy to use, and was 1/10th of the price of DocuS\*gn, when all we needed it for was to allow customers to eSign proposals. Some of our customers struggled with opening the documents/emails at first, but it was easy to walk them through. The document creation process is very simple, drag and drop.

Cons

There aren't many features for selecting one of several options, or for doing a checkmark list, etc., but this was to be expected. I believe this is why the price is so cheap, and it was worth it for us.

This product has helped us streamline line our aggressive signing procedures.

Pros

This product has been a massive time saver, as we have documents that need to be signed daily by many signers in order to follow our process. We all love using it! So easy!

Cons

Only thing that I would say is needed, would be for all new names used to be saved as inputted so you don’t have to go through downloading your contact list all the time.

Smooth and easy. No issues at all and when there have been questions, they are very responsive.

Pros

We like that the service is easy to set up, easy to use and gets the job done at a reasonable price without a lot of extra fees along the way.

Cons

It can be a little more complicated to integrate into other softwares, so not as functional as some other products but still the best value for the money.

We still use them because they are a cheap option, and it works well if you stick within the parameters (only small batches, do a little at a time)

Pros

\- Much less expensive than other options (Adobe, DocuSign) - fit into our NPO budget- Easy to set up- No limit on documents to be signed- Easy to use (if you follow the below parameters in the Cons list)

Cons

\- We have experienced many issues with file batches- You cannot edit a batch of documents once you send it (can't "resend with amendments")- Will crash for signers if it has more than 10 pages- Very difficult to find signed documents in the system - you need to file them separately once they are signed- If there is an issue with a batch for some reason (if it fails, a signer accidentally denies signing, or if there is an issue with a document) you need to restart (add all the documents, manually add all the signature fields, etc.).

Pros

I enjoy that I have unlimited signatures and the system is easy for clients to use with little assistance. I like the formatting and options for documents. When I have an issue, the support team is always prompt with their response and solution.

Cons

I would like to be able to save recipients as I go instead of having to upload a contacts list.

I would give this platform an 8 out of 10 on being user friendly. Most of the process is intuitive!

Pros

It is easy for users to know where and how to sign the document. I enjoy that everything is automated and the fully executed documents come back to me automatically after all signatures are collected. I like that I get updates to my inbox along the way too!

Cons

I am not able to use my email address, the one associated with my account, to be one of the signers on the document. As a result, I have to use one of my personal email accounts to sign documents and then receive the fully executed documents back to my work email.

Team is very helpful and makes themselves available to you when you need assistance. You are not stuck working with a support desk or generic ticket system. I really appreciate their willingness to help.

Cons

No real cons. Our testing environment has been problematic but I think the newest version will resolve this.

We've looked at all the other services. Signeasy does all we need and you can't beat the cost.

Pros

Very easy to use, little training was required. Pretty much able to start using within 10 minutes of signing up.

Cons

We've had the rare issue with a client NOT receiving the email invite from Signeasy. More often then not the client just needs to check the junk or spam filter. I'd be great if we could upload an application template and just have the system insert all the required signature, initials, dates etc for us.

Very useful especially for multiple locations, even more so when they begin with the requester's remote working.

Pros

Easy to operate independently of company systems and then save resulting documents onto our servers

Cons

1) it should autosave drafts at any stage2) it does not allow switching backwards and forwards between set-up (signers, messages to them etc, document selection including one at a time) and the designing of the requests themselves (ie where to add signatures etc)3) i could not see whether it is possible for the requester to add an explanatory note (like "Add Comment" in a Word document), so i have to email these separately - this would be helpful4) it should remember signers I have used previously, so I don’t have to choose between uploading entire contacts lists (which shouldn’t really be there at all) and copy/pasting signers’ details every time.

It started off great, but now I think we will have to part ways. It is becoming too difficult to change all of our documents to match the system, and the cost just increased by 50%.

Pros

I like the simplicity of sign easy. There are multiple features that are very useful.

Cons

I do not like that I can no longer attach a 'xlsm' document. When we initially signed up we were able to do this. then they stopped, but we still had to pay the same price. Almost all documents we use, are xlsm.

Saves me a lot of time

Pros

It is easy to use and you can sign on the fly wherever you are. It allows the use of documents in all formats and it integrates with email.

Cons

App updates often come with issues. Following does not work satisfying: 1. When selecting a letter size and you add a date the date does not follow the letter size. 2. The app does not remember the position. You need to move your signature or initial to the right position. Especially if you have to initial many pages it is annoying. 3. The preset text cannot be changed. I only use two bit cannot remove the three others. I therefore need to scroll.

Cons

I do not like how in order to change a document, you have to start all over from scratch. I also dislike that I have to pay a premium price for not even using half the bells and whistles- they need a basic option for a local small business like me.

Pros

When I was looking into a program where I could get electronic signatures, I looked into various websites. I tried docusign but I was too confused with how it was set up. Then I found SignEasy and it was easier to use. I also like how I am able to remind the person to sign the document.

Cons

It has saved e so much time in the office and makes my business day that more productive!

Pros

I love the easy to use layout and the ability to automatically email clients their copies of contracts. Plus, clients tell me they love it too! I sign contracts with clients in person on my iPad Pro, and they say how professional it looks. Also, the ability to email client's their contract copies right away (or anytime) is actually a great feature because in the past I've needed to look up a client's contract and couldn't seem to easily find it on my end. However, I did a search in my email and because I automatically email clients their contracts as soon as they sign, I easily found it in my email. Just a nice little bonus! Overall, great product! I think my small business has used it for over 3 years now and I've had various service packages with SignEasy.

Cons

First off, the customer service is AWESOME! I called to change my EasySign service plan one year as I needed different features. It was so easy and the customer service was FAST! On that note, I wish there was a way to send/email/backup all the contracts I have saved in my SignEasy account. Right now, I'd have to individually email each contract to myself to back it up, and no one has time for that!

The audit trail, the simplicity and the speed, all of them make possible for me to deal efficiently and securely in cross border contracts.

Cons

Nothing I can recall. Every feature fills the needs of my organization. I cannot find any feature I do not like. Everything works very well for me.

It makes things quick and painless for filling out and signing documents across various platforms including the Gmail integration which is essential for us. Saves a lot of time for us, as we get many many emails to deal with in a day.

Pros

The integration with Gmail is what I like the most for this product. This makes receiving any documents I have to digitally sign a lot quicker to get through.

Cons

Sometimes the integration with Gmail doesn't work. This is the best function for what we need to do, but it also doesn't always work where the box just hangs to where we need to close it and then log into the browser version and upload the file we need to fill out/sign.

i always sign contracts for my rentals vacation and signeasy is a very good and easy software and do the job very well. The support is very good also and they give answer very quickly

Cons

It's not working sometimes with smarthphones

bitter sweet

Pros

It is fairly simple to use once setup is done

Cons

I have been struggling with my app recently, I purchased it last year fro a 12 month membership but for some reason the app is not working. Unfortunately it happened when I had to sign a critical document, hence I ended up downloading DocuSign , which I am currently using.
