Pros

  • Have used to sign important documents like leases and other contracts. Super easy and can be done virtually.

  • I don't have to use this app often,but when I do it is easy and secure. It is great for securely signing my work denouements.

  • I love that this is super easy to use and it allows me to fill out documents and send them to someone else. I also love that a document can remain in an open stays until the very last person signs it.

  • SignEasy does exactly what its meant to do plus more. I like that I have the ability to not only edit but sign my documents with ease.

Cons

  • However, if your operation is not so recurrent, an inferior plan such as the Pro can be somewhat expensive for small businesses or for occasional operations.

  • There may be ways for people to abuse this when dealing with co-signing. Anyone using this should be sure that there is a physical aspect to it to be sure everything is legitimate.

  • Templates once set up can not be changed. If you make a mistake you have to start all over.

  • We had a couple of our customers take 30 minutes over the phone for just one signature and date on document. Does not alert if document is viewed after initial view and no history to manually look up.

"Just as the name says, it is easy!"

Overall: Great for the basic signatures and forms I need to process.

Pros: The templates, integration with my contacts, and ease of use for my signers.

Cons: I would love to be able to pre-enter data into a form that the client could correct if the information is incorrect. Make some fields editable by the next signer.

Alternatives Considered: Dropbox Business and Docusign

"Easy and affordable"

Overall: Great experience in these 2 years we have used their product. No issues so far with Signeasy.

Pros: There was no restrictions in how many envelopes we get to send. Other competitors have a limit of how many envelopes we can send. Which forces us to upgrade to higher tier services.

Cons: The ability to combine multiple files to one pdf file. We have to download each individual pdf file separately instead of downloading one whole pdf file.

Alternatives Considered: Adobe Acrobat

"Signeasy Caters well to all Device Types"

Overall: When doing web applications which have to run on a phone, tablet, computer and require document signing; Signeasy is my company's standard tool.

Pros: It makes it easy to sign documents on a phone, tablet, or computer. Allows easy signing when the user interface is limited such as on a phone.

Cons: Some releases are buggy and can be very frustrating. The pricing isn't very competitive.

"Top solution in electronic signing "

Overall: I would describe my overall experience as a win. I have one complaint. Touchscreen computers and tablets are implemented here, some with life-like electronic pens. The pens don't work with Signeasy. I believe the experience would be bettered if this was addressed. The most important thing Signeasy has to offer is compliance and security. Trusted by major healthcare and media companies. I highly advise considering SignEasy. Problems solved: The need for affordability. The need for integration. The need for HIPAA compliance.

Pros: - Affordable. Consistent fair prices. - HIPAA compliant. - High security. Well documented. - New look. Performs well. - High practicality. Implement and learn to use and in a very reasonable amount of time. - Create signatures and manage all components of electronic signing. - Save templates for repeat use. - Complaints are heard and addressed. Support experience was above and beyond. - High number of integrations. - Betters time management and workload management.

Cons: - No electronic pen integration. (Yet, perhaps.) - Email delivery malfunctions.

Alternatives Considered: PandaDoc
Reasons for Choosing Signeasy: Because of affordability and features.
Switched From: ZorroSign eSignature and Jotform
Reasons for Switching to Signeasy: Because the support experience within Jotform was very poor and performance was not consistent. ZorroSign was implemented because of the need to address physical paper signing and electronic signing collectively. I believe I will continue with both ZorroSign and SignEasy.

"SignEasy makes it Simple"

Pros: SignEasy integrates well with FreshTeam with few issues, and the recent upgrades make it easier to customize the signing process further. We send hundreds of forms yearly, so this program streamlines the process and makes my job easier! Additionally, customer service has been very accommodating when I have any inquiries about the software or my plan.

Cons: The integration with FreshTeam does have some glitches, where the HR software will not recognize the signed documents and give errors or not upload the signed copies. Additionally, I would prefer to have the option to be invoiced in CAD instead of USD, and when my subscription renews, it also renews the nonprofit discount automatically. I must contact SignEasy each year before my plan renews to re-apply for the 30% discount. Otherwise, I am charged the full price.

Alternatives Considered: Docusign and Google Workspace
Reasons for Choosing Signeasy: We needed a signing software integrated with our HR system, FreshTeam, with few options. SignEasy provided the services we needed at the best price - despite it being in USD and not CAD.

"Easy to Sign. Easy to Use. Sign Easy."

Overall: Smooth and used it weekly and daily for all new hire onboarding items and other HR business transactions.

Pros: The integration and user friendly capabilities that required really no training . I was able to get other team members seats and used the product like experts at day 1.

Cons: Some features have limitations and room for improvement is available compared to competitors like DocuSign and others.

Alternatives Considered: Adobe Acrobat Reader and PandaDoc
Reasons for Choosing Signeasy: the cost was affordable and easy to use.
Switched From: Docusign
Reasons for Switching to Signeasy: Cost of DocuSign was 2x more than signeasy. More value for my money with SignEasy.

"Best signature platform out there"

Overall: This product has helped us streamline line our aggressive signing procedures.

Pros: This product has been a massive time saver, as we have documents that need to be signed daily by many signers in order to follow our process. We all love using it! So easy!

Cons: Only thing that I would say is needed, would be for all new names used to be saved as inputted so you don’t have to go through downloading your contact list all the time.

"Great Value for Product "

Overall: The product is easy to use and the support team is phenomenal.

Pros: I enjoy that I have unlimited signatures and the system is easy for clients to use with little assistance. I like the formatting and options for documents. When I have an issue, the support team is always prompt with their response and solution.

Cons: I would like to be able to save recipients as I go instead of having to upload a contacts list.

Reasons for Choosing Signeasy: I chose SignEasy due to the pricing, unlimited signatures and the support team.

"Very easy to use and no limits of contracts"

Overall: Being in real estate, I need to sign a lot of documents of different types. Signeasy allows me to do that without any limit at the number of contracts I can sign per month. Other similar softwares impose this limit which makes it impossible for me to use them.I love this flexibility that Signeasy offers. It is also very easy to use.

Pros: The top feature of Signeasy for me is that they do not put any limit to the number of contracts that can be signed per month. This is very important for me and it is the reason why I chose it.

Cons: Nothing specifically. It is simple and works well.

"Does the job at half the price"

Pros: It seems to have all the features of its more expensive competitors yet it’s half the price so switching to sign easy was and easy decision

Cons: It’s adoption is low so there’s still some that don’t trust

"Great integration partner"

Pros: Team is very helpful and makes themselves available to you when you need assistance. You are not stuck working with a support desk or generic ticket system. I really appreciate their willingness to help.

Cons: No real cons. Our testing environment has been problematic but I think the newest version will resolve this.

"Signeasy is great"

Overall: We've looked at all the other services. Signeasy does all we need and you can't beat the cost.

Pros: Very easy to use, little training was required. Pretty much able to start using within 10 minutes of signing up.

Cons: We've had the rare issue with a client NOT receiving the email invite from Signeasy. More often then not the client just needs to check the junk or spam filter. I'd be great if we could upload an application template and just have the system insert all the required signature, initials, dates etc for us.

Alternatives Considered: Docusign, Dropbox Sign and PandaDoc

"I've been using SignEasy for years for my business and love it!"

Overall: It has saved e so much time in the office and makes my business day that more productive!

Pros: I love the easy to use layout and the ability to automatically email clients their copies of contracts. Plus, clients tell me they love it too! I sign contracts with clients in person on my iPad Pro, and they say how professional it looks. Also, the ability to email client's their contract copies right away (or anytime) is actually a great feature because in the past I've needed to look up a client's contract and couldn't seem to easily find it on my end. However, I did a search in my email and because I automatically email clients their contracts as soon as they sign, I easily found it in my email. Just a nice little bonus! Overall, great product! I think my small business has used it for over 3 years now and I've had various service packages with SignEasy.

Cons: First off, the customer service is AWESOME! I called to change my EasySign service plan one year as I needed different features. It was so easy and the customer service was FAST! On that note, I wish there was a way to send/email/backup all the contracts I have saved in my SignEasy account. Right now, I'd have to individually email each contract to myself to back it up, and no one has time for that!

"Very easy to use app, customer support replies fast to my concerns. "

Overall: Ease of doing business. Even if I'm away from my laptop, I can easily review and sign documents. I don't need to be in the office to sign documents

Pros: Customer support addresses my concerns fast. I just email to them and they tell me how I can fix my concerns with the app. The app runs well, very easy to do. Just a few clicks and I have my documents signed and emailed . I love that gmail has a built in choice for sign easy so that whenever I receive documents on gmail, I have the option to open it using the sign easy app, sign the document, and send it right away

Cons: I would like it better if there is an option to select all signed documents and delete them in one click. With the current version of the app, I need to delete each document one by one . This is too time consuming.

"Daily use "

Pros: Ease in using. I like how it integrates into your contacts and allows you to easily email or forward. I also like the confirming email feature so that you know that is received. I like that I was able to change the color of my typing so that I can tell my comments or signature from the black type set otherwise appears in the document.

Cons: Sometimes for no reason the font size changes and I find it hard to correct. Once it shrinks I do NOT know how to go back. This is particularly true where I am trying to write a comment on the document itself and there is not enough room. It would be really nice if I could mark an Asterisk or something and then place the comment somewhere else.

"Great App"

Overall: Great technology for valid electronic signatures

Pros: Their price!! Easy to use and navigate make really simple to use

Cons: The way not everyone can complete the signatures I would like that everyone can make it simple and mobile friendly

"App with great potential bogged up by stupid glitches"

Overall: I am able to send my timesheets to my boss without worrying about scanning or carrying around bulky hard copies.

Pros: It's fairly easy to use. It's convenient. But there are a few nagging issues (that I'll get into later) that bog the app down. They've has been very good at fixing them in the past, but it seems recently that the problems haven't been fixed.

Cons: The problems I am having are: -Sizing. The app (due to screen size issues, I think) often throws what should be one line into multiple lines. Dates, for example, might be on 3 separate lines. -Some options are off screen. When I go to select a specific date, the font size is so close to the bottom, I cannot see the font size that it is currently on. -Templates. Awhile back, they announced we could make templates, but I cannot find a way to do this. -Manual resizing. Manual resizing is a pain. When I make an entry too large or too small, the manual resizing is so difficult to fit size, that I usually just go back in and retype it.

"Good choice for straightforward esigning functionality"

Overall: Very useful especially for multiple locations, even more so when they begin with the requester's remote working.

Pros: Easy to operate independently of company systems and then save resulting documents onto our servers

Cons: 1) it should autosave drafts at any stage2) it does not allow switching backwards and forwards between set-up (signers, messages to them etc, document selection including one at a time) and the designing of the requests themselves (ie where to add signatures etc)3) i could not see whether it is possible for the requester to add an explanatory note (like "Add Comment" in a Word document), so i have to email these separately - this would be helpful4) it should remember signers I have used previously, so I don’t have to choose between uploading entire contacts lists (which shouldn’t really be there at all) and copy/pasting signers’ details every time.

"Easy to use and reasonably priced"

Overall: I have an extremely happy in the two years using this product. My only complaint would be CUSTOMER SERVICE response time and utilizing through text message.

Pros: I work with the disabled population they are able to navigate and use this portal and signing documents.

Cons: I wish there was a feature to send it through text message for my clients that are not able to use a computer due to their disability or affordability

"Great software for singing off and completion of engineer reports."

Overall: Proof of visits and easy to keep an eye on our staff

Pros: The software is very easy to use. It's great for getting almost any kind of document signed. It's helped our business get proof of visits and times we we're at site.making life easier when invoicing clients.

Cons: Software should be able to store more than 1 signature as sometimes you have to sign lots of sheets and being able to store more than 1 signature would make this easier. Also this would make it easier for times when you can't get a signal for uploading.

"Great value & works well"

Pros: The in person signing feature is the best the software has to offer. Saves a lot of printing & scanning of documents

Cons: From time to time the software runs slowly and have updates during Australian working hours.

"Get Your Documents Signed from Anywhere, anytime"

Overall: ell, liking the system because of its simplicity.

Pros: The ease of use to upload a document for signature or self signing

Cons: The lack of a option to load a date stamp, one has to manouvre around, with an alternative approach. Whilst on its competitor Adobe Sign, it has provided for that functionality.

"Great use it everyday. "

Overall: on the go contract signing its the best feature. Not having to be in an office environment to sign contract.

Pros: Easy to use the app works great everytime we need to use it. Starting to like to updates to it. Email feature easy convenient to clients and myself. Not very affordable but its worth it to me.

Cons: file system, resizing text and dates. An autofill form like Adobe has would be great for files we use over and over. Dropdown menus things like that.

"SignEasy Review"

Pros: Easy to use most of the time. Able to review and sign from anywhere.

"Enjoy the ease of use and how it easily works with other programs."

Overall: Ease of use, great for getting that signature and completely the paperwork later.

Pros: The ease of getting signatures. If the person I need a signature from is not available I can email it and they email it back signed... Love that.

Cons: Not much to dislike. Simple program that interfaces with everything you can do. When something is found to be a possible problem, support looks into it and fixes it before it becomes a problem.
