February 28, 2021 5.0 Previously, the process from the end of the negotiation to the beginning of operations was not closed until we had the original contract signed by the client, which could take us up to a week considering that they are possibly in another part of the world. Now with SignEasy's online signature we can reduce it to a few hours or even immediately. We have increased our conversion rate more than 15% since we implemented it. Pros In the firm we implemented a few months ago the digital confidentiality contracts and agreements, necessary for the start of our operations with clients, greatly helping in logistics with our clients, being an extremely easy-to-use platform for users. Cons The business costs of the Business plan are adequate in relation to the cost you can save for messaging and time invested. However, if your operation is not so recurrent, an inferior plan such as the Pro can be somewhat expensive for small businesses or for occasional operations. Review Source JA Jayson A. Cons Trying to size the text to fit in spaces is very frustrating. I have developed my own hacks for tricking the software to give me the size and format I need. Choosing the date could be simpler if I could choose the date from a calender rather than a scrolling menu. The history under the text option is unusable. There is far too many entries to even bother looking through to make it usable. Give us the option to clear/edit history. Review Source HC Hanny C. It could use some more security features, but those would be improvements and not necessarily negatives against the app. Pros Very easy to import, sign, and send documents using various 3rd party software and apps, such as gmail and dropbox. It is also very convenient that it allows login using google and other 3rd party authentication. Cons There is no way that I am aware of to encrypt the document prior to being sent. There is a way to protect your signature using a fingerprint, but once signed, the document itself cannot be protected. I also like the fact that you have the opportunity to save your own signature. Cons When you don't have a very strong signal the program struggles big time. A lot of times it will lose the information that you think you have saved. Also I wish you could just click on the title and change what it is saved as inside while it's open. I have used SignEasy to share PDF documents around the office and to collect signatures from contractors for several projects now, and it has worked like a charm. I have had no issues thus far. Pros By far, what I like the most about this software is that it is the easiest to use application out there to create forms and sign documents. While there are many other competing applications on the market, SignEasy proves to have the most user-friendly interface. Everything is concise and simple. In order to learn how to use the application, there is no need to waste time. It's simple: you upload a document, put a signature on it and you can save the document. Cons I did not like that the price of the program pops up only after I already signed the document. It turns out that if I do not pay for the application, then I can’t save my document. I also don’t have enough of the “Print” button to insert a round stamp photo without a background (as a signature), and not like the “insert a picture” button. Obviously, for this I needed to be constantly in the office. But with the appearance of such a convenient program as SignEasy I do not see on the spot, I constantly move and at the same time, even during a business or friendly meeting, I can sign documents electronically. Cons I work in a serious company, but even I do not like one moment relating to SignEasy. The fact is that when I received a notification about the possibilities to update the application, it turned out that for this update you need to pay extra! The ones I have may be related to not fully understanding how to use the app to full capacity. I do wish I could use it on Word documents. I also am not sure if there is a desktop platform? The banks accepted my signature via this app this with no problem. Pros This app is great. It was quite simple to set up and especially during this time of the pandemic when I am away from my desk and not at by laptop and I need my documents to be signed - this is a great tool! Cons When I did not have data on my phone and I was somewhere that did not have Internet. That was not a software problem but a personal problem. There was nothing else that I had an issue with. Pros Easy to use! It's 2018, and the use of electronic signing is the key method for completing documents. I like that SignEasy allows you to use computer font to sign and provides a stamp to validate, as well as a "screenshot" of your actual signature to paste into the regions you want in a given document. Remote signatures are a necessity for us because we travel so much and SignEasy simplified that process. Email delivery is almost instantaneous and it's actually more reliable. Cons We use this product often but not every day. When the price went up other products suddenly became more appealing and it turned out that other products were superior. October 11, 2019 5.0 Pros SignEasy is a pretty handy app. I downloaded it and have been using it for more than 1 year now, it saves a lot of time on business trips, because with SignEasy I study documents and sign, without waiting for my return to work. Cons SignEasy also has shortcomings. The main ones are, in my opinion, the overpriced cost and lack of a version for Android devices. Maybe it could be useful for others. Pros It is a great tool and in this digital world is very needy. It is also cool that on each paper we see the "Go green" slogan and warning. Cons It could be useful for people who can already upload their signature. The automatic suggestions for signature are not useful at all. Lets you know when signature document is viewed the first time. Cons May not be for your older less computer savvy customers. We had a couple of our customers take 30 minutes over the phone for just one signature and date on document. Does not alert if document is viewed after initial view and no history to manually look up. Templates once set up can not be changed. If you make a mistake you have to start all over. A document can not be reused. Once sent for signature you have to rename in order to send again. I also like how I can go back to the app and find old documents and either resend them or go back and fix them. I also like how I can change the size of initials and signatures. Cons There are a few additions I think would make it better. I think it would be good if I could save two or three versions of my signature and also initials, so it does not seem so digital. If I forget to save a document in Onedrive or Google Docs I have retrieve important documents. Cons I do not like that the app lags a little with my IPhone 7. It asks me to create a signature. I have to back out and click on signatures so that my signature shows up. Lastly there should more people that can sign a documents. Sometimes I need to have 5 or 6 people sign a document.
