"Fantastic Tool For Patient Care "
Overall: This is a phenomenal tool that increases efficiency in large-scale practices and allows you to go paperless. It is easy to create templates for your needs. The ability for multiple people to access the charts from virtually anywhere.
Pros: I used this software as a receptionist to track and monitor the charts of patients which allowed me to successfully help the office team. It is easy to check clients in and review and update information. It created a paperless office for us. I really appreciated the dashboard that shows all the patients for the day and the outstanding tasks to be completed.
Cons: There was a huge learning curve when our office brought this into practice and a steep fee for the setup, but it is worth it in a large-scale operation and practice.
