Pros: I love this software because it makes delivering value to my community so easy. I use it for all my webinars, coaching sessions and classes and it makes it very easy for them to get the help they need from me as a service provider. The Q&A function is AMAZING!!!

Cons: There's nothing I don't like to be honest! The replays used to be poor quality, but they've introduced HD quality now and so that's made everything a lot easier.

Overall: I can't imagine running my business without this app - its that good! Plus Erin and the team are fab.

Pros: Crowdcast is a very clever tool. It's smartest features are things like being able to link questions with a timestamp on a broadcast, send out your stream to other places like Facebook Live or YouTube, and an intuitive chat and interface for the user and audience. It creates a great vibe for attendees. Also great for easily setting up paid events. One of it's smartest features though is also it's worst, it deserves to be mentioned here because it is genuinely great being able to grow an audience on there to later market your events to.

Cons: I really want to love Crowdcast, I have ever since I discovered it. But the upside of being able to build a following on there, is also the one thing that I can't look past. Simply because people have to create yet another account just to attend your broadcast. In fairness they can login with Twitter or Facebook, but I just feel like people are sick of accounts. And accounts do feel different from just entering a name and email, too.

Pros: With crowdcast I was able to share items with a variety of members, students, from across the state.

Cons: I don't have an issue with the product just the argument that there are so many free alternatives that offer similar options

Pros: I like the amount of people you can add to a webinar. Seeing all the comments is great as well, and the video quality seems decent.

Cons: The inability to talk via voice with the presenter, and the question box and voting are hard to access. I haven't tried customer service.

Our webinar visitors LOVE Crowdcast.io!

Comments: We had been using gotowebinar for about 3 years. One of the main pain points was that our attendees would need to download their software to view our webinars. With Crowdcast everything happens right in the browser, and we average over 30% extra users per session. We're suckers for an awesome UI and experience.

I would recommend this for any company that wants to share content on live format.

Pros: Easy to use.

In the replay section, clients can have access to Q&A

No drama in implementation.

The curve to learn the software is super easy

The support team is outstanding.

Cons: It would be nice to have HD version in the future, but I believe that is on the roadmap. Also, I think it would be great if the app if you could have more freedom to design landing pages.

Overall: Easy to use.

Time to implementation.
