### "Crowdcast is great for paid, free, and streaming webinars"

December 11, 2019

5.0

A great way of sharing content, re-engaging delegates from conferences, or getting new people to see your content. Also good to download mp4 of the webinar after the event, and post to youtube, etc

Pros

Simple screen sharing and video webinars, easy to swap screens or have video in corner of presentation, inviting other speakers onto present, taking payment via stripe or patreon for delegates, managing delegates questions, call to actions, and finally, live streaming to facebook, youtube, etc

Cons

More analytics would be nice, but this is probably available on a higher tier. Multi user support to be able to answer questions while presenting?

### "Standard setting webinar platform"

January 29, 2019

4.0

It has greatly improved my webinars and I have more attended and the guests seem to really like it too.

Pros

People really enjoy webinars hosted by Crowdcast. I've been able to grow my reach almost instantly, just by using Crowdcast as a webinar platform.

Cons

It doesn't yet have the ability to inject pre-recorded video, but the capability is supposed to be coming soon.

### "Powerful, yet simple application"

January 29, 2019

5.0

Overall we were looking for an application that would make it really easy for participants to join in without having to download something or go through a very cumbersome process just to view everything. This software is definitely easy in that regard.

Pros

It is super simple to use. More importantly, it is easy for participants to join a scheduled meeting.

Cons

A minor thing, but the whole concept of joining the Green room and getting someone to join a green room with you to test everything out was a little difficult to figure out.

### "Simple to use & mostly works."

August 27, 2019

4.0

Pros

Crowdcast WORKS compared to the program that I was previously using (ie YouTube Live). The chat feature allows everyone to be so interactive and it's really easy to navigate around.

Cons

The replay setup isn't ideal, I wish there was a separate page/link to send them versus requiring a password.

### "review of Crowdcast"

January 29, 2019

5.0

I've been using Crowdcast for about a month. I switched to it from Zoom because of lower prices for similar features and a friendlier feel. So far, I've been very satisfied. I've had so many questions that I've gotten to know the support people by name. They've always been friendly and helpful, even though some of my questions were fairly dumb.

Pros

Lower cost than Zoom Ease of use Direct integration with Drip (my CRM software) Friendly look and feel Fast, accurate support via email and chat A support person volunteered to be on my first webinar in person to answer questions and help out if needed. I found that very reassuring when facing 250 live attendees on software that was new to me.

Cons

At the very start of a broadcast, it takes about 5 seconds for the picture to come into focus. I'm not sure whether this is caused by Crowdcast or my webcam, but I did not see it on Zoom. Crowdcast handles webinars only, not meetings. You can have only 4 people onstage at once, or 3 people and a screen share. I'm okay with this, but you may not be. Because of this, I plan to continue using zoom for support group meetings.

### "Crowdcast saves me time!"

February 5, 2019

5.0

I really LOVE Crowdcast thanks to the simultaneous streaming! Many of my followers don't have to pick a platform to watch me, they can watch my broadcast from the social media platform that they're active on.

Pros

What I love about Crowdcast the most is that it saves me time! I can broadcast on Periscope, my Facebook Business page, and my Facebook group all at the same time.

Cons

Crowdcast does take some time to learn with the multi-stream function but they have GREAT customer support to help you with it!

### "Good for simple one-way broadcasts."

March 7, 2018

3.0

Pros

I like the amount of people you can add to a webinar. Seeing all the comments is great as well, and the video quality seems decent.

Cons

The inability to talk via voice with the presenter, and the question box and voting are hard to access. I haven't tried customer service.

### "Excellent resource for online lectures and office hours"

January 29, 2019

5.0

Pros

My students have been enthusiastic about my use of Crowdcast for my courses. They enjoyed being able to be present and engage with me in my presentations and office hours; if they could not attend during my live presentation, they could at least get the content since it is automatically recorded for me to upload. That has been the feature I like most, that the students can use it easily and get the content they need.

Cons

The only issue I have had with it, and it may be due to using a limited version of Crowdcast, is that I would like for my students to be able to speak live and ask questions (ie. raise their hand and I give them the ability to speak to the entire audience). This is a very minor issue and not worth being considered a negative, by any means.

### "My favourite Livestreaming platform"

March 7, 2019

5.0

As a livestreaming online creator of music, podcasts and more, supported by Patrons on Patreon, Crowdcast enables me to deeply connect with my online tribe. They also give me most control of my data, so I can access emails of attendees, deep stats and more. basically, they help me do what I need to do and stay out of the way, like a good middleman should

Pros

Total control of the conversation and data of my community

Cons

The price, it's definitely a premium product and, though I know the valid reasons for it, the price is challenging

### "Easy to Use...with no setup!"

January 25, 2019

5.0

Crowdcast is a great tool for those who run webinars and want to engage with customers in a small group format and need an easy solution with no download hassle.

Pros

The best thing I love about Crowdcast is how intuitive it is. There's no setup. The instructions and help section are easy to follow and everyone I've used it with loves how straight forward it is.

Cons

There aren't any really cons. I find that the software is worthwhile.

### "Crowdcast NEW USER"

April 5, 2019

5.0

Really great! Customer support are responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful when it comes to support and/or questions about using Crowdcast. As first time users, we have a lot of questions (as they could attest to!). But they always take the time to address them in a timely manner (whether via Chat or phone).

Pros

My team was doing an RFP for a platform to host a series of online virtual events and panel discussions. The reason we selected Crowdcast (twice mind you, we have 2 licenses!) and why I loved their software the most was the ease of use, for both me the client, but also my attendees and registrants! Signing into the platform and accessing my events is a cinch! The UX is beautiful and it gives my events a modern and professional look and feel.

Cons

I am not a fan of the Magic Link, it is a clunky process for return users.

### "Needs accessibility work"

January 14, 2019

4.0

Overall, we enjoyed the software and customer service but accessibility is our top priority.

Pros

We loved using the software and how easy it was to embed on our site and interact with our attendees. The price was great. The design was clean.

Cons

Unfortunately, we had to stop using the software because we now require our events to be accessible to all attendees and Crowdcast doesnt allow for live captioning. The software itself also has some accessibility issues, e.g. poor contrast and keyboard/screen reader issues.

### "Easy to use with lots of power user features"

November 8, 2018

5.0

Great! I had some questions and they answered promptly. Then using it was seamless.

Pros

The overall setup was very streamlined and made it easy to access all the features I'd need to interact with viewers. While there are some free video streaming services, this is the one that professionals and legitimate digital conferences will use.

Cons

Can't really think of anything right now.

### "Top Notch Customer Service"

January 23, 2019

5.0

Crowdcast goes above and beyond what most companies would ever do on the customer service side of things. They are extremely responsive, helpful and committed to making sure their customers are having a good experience and understanding the software. I absolutely love working with Crowdcast and with their software and their support, I am in the process to taking my biz to a whole new level.

Pros

For a not so techie woman, it's easy to use and my students/customers also find it easy to use on their end.

Cons

My hope is that someday they have the feature similar to facebook in the chat box where either the host or the guests can comment directly on another person's comment.

AMAZING, EFFORTLESS

Pros

I love the ease of webinar set up - it takes as little as five min to plan a webinar!

Cons

Sometimes I get confused on how to go full screen but also see the chat - I often pull up the webinar on my phone to read the chat so that on my computer my PowerPoint can be full screen!

### "Crowdcast is great for interactive meetups"

December 12, 2018

5.0

I've used crowdcast for many virtual meetups and conferences and it's so great to be able to interact with the viewers and hosts alike.

Pros

That you can chat, ask questions, answer questions live. Works on desktop and mobile, and mobile app!

Cons

Pricing isn't the best for micro small businesses if they don't use it super often.
