January 29, 2019 5.0 I use Crowdcast for running multi-thousand person virtual conferences and for much smaller (sub-100 person) monthly webinars and it adapts to both perfectly. I spent quite some time evaluating and pricing out all the options I could find (including custom developed solution) and Crowdcast ticks all the boxes for me. Pros It is extremely fast and easy to broadcast a live event to viewers. Whether you're creating a single-person presentation or a multi-session, multi-speaker conference, Crowdcast can support you quickly and effortlessly. I've used it for more than a year now and am still in love! Cons I wish there was better access via API for custom integrations. It does support Zapier, though. Review Source AR Auntee R. Pros I absolutely LOVE: that the interface is very straightforward; even my non-techie guests can join me and share their screens with ease; the URL stays the same for each broadcast; replays are super easy; Zapier integration; guests don't need to download anything to view! It makes the experience for my audience easy. which is part of my value and the quality I want to have with any way my audience interact with me. Pros From the creation of the event to the booking of the seat for your audience, it's easy and smooth. I love that it works without them having to download anything. The app on mobile phone makes watching a webinar there a comfy experience (far from being the case on other platforms). Really easy to set-up. I love also the follow option. Cons not sure. Haven't stumbled yet on a problem. Reason for choosing Crowdcast I used to do Youtube + chatbox on my site long time ago but it's complicated, time consuming and you don't get to have the follow feature the same way. It's not as smooth for my audience. I love that replays are available without me having to do anything. Time efficiency at its best. My account was deleted 30 minutes before we went live with absolutely no support. They're only available on slack on US hours, we're a European startup. They have blown up a very big event for us. We worked for 2 months in order to get it together. Very disappointed. Don't subscribe. The curve to learn the software is super easy The support team is outstanding. Cons It would be nice to have HD version in the future, but I believe that is on the roadmap. It's also allowed me to help my friends increase their followings by co-hosting events with them. The customer service is great. I get emailed by the reps directly if I've ever had an issue, and he solves right away! My overall experience has been wonderful!! Pros It's so fun and interactive! Engagement with my followers has increased manifold--and they love using it too! When I first switched over, I got a ton of emails and messages from my readers telling me how much they love Crowdcast! Pros The Crowdcast interface is fresh and appealing for attendees and for hosts. The ability to provide replays at the same URL is a big bonus. The quality of the video is also excellent. Also, the pricing model is more flexible than some competitors. Sometimes I host a webinar for 5-10 people. Sometime I need room for hundreds. Crowdcast has flexible pricing that adjusts based on my needs. Cons Getting panelists connected and ready to broadcast is more complicated than it needs to be.
