Pros: WePay is owned by Chase Bank and is a solid option for credit card processing. I've utilized it with a few clients to process donations to their cause and it's consistently performed well. Essentially the same as Stripe.

Cons: The reports features are somewhat limited as are syncs, so you'll likely need to export csvs into excel/your CRM to run more specific reports

Pros: I use WePay daily with my pet sitting business. Their processing fees are lower than most companies.

Cons: I would like to be able to run more specific reports at the end of the year for taxes. I find that I spend a lot of time in excel trying to organize the data how I need it.

Pros: This program does exactly what I need it to do, and that is to accept payment from my clients without much hassle.

Cons: I am slightly dissatisfied with the cost of the program. I do not appreciate that they charge based on amount of each transaction rather than a flat fee.

Pros: Few best things which I like are :-
Good developer tools
Good marketplace tools
Chip card hardware
No setup or application fees
Good for low-volume merchants

Cons: Though UI didn't find any basic fault in this software thing like No pricing disclosed online
Account stability issues are not good.

Overall: The speed and ease of onboarding

Pros: WePay is supported by hundreds of apps and services. Their low transaction fees make it affordable to accept payments online. Deposits are made within a day or two.

Cons: WePay's dashboard could use some updating and more functionality for merchants, but overall, it's a great service.

Overall: Affordable pricing and quick deposits make WePay a no-brainer.

Pros: It is very secure. It has an attractive interface. It is owned by a big company, so there is always a way to get a contact.

Cons: It took a long time for the verification process. The robot emails were quite delayed. There isn't many features.

Overall: used it for crowd funding campaigns.

Pros: Automated Recurring billing // Transfers literally take 1 business day to hit my bank account // Show amount processed right in Freshbooks // Easy for clients to pay invoices // Recurring Automated Billing

Cons: UI/UX not that great (but functions) // Freshbooks integration is bare minimum (could use more info in Freshbooks - just bulks up the day's payments to a single amount)

Overall: Very pleased with the time it takes for payments to reach my bank account (they are automatically sent, no need to log in and manually transfer). It takes only 1 business day to be available in my bank, and that's the fastest payment processor I've seen to-date (I've used a few in the past).

Pros: We use We Pay through a connection with Classy and we loved the ease of set up and ease of use through the platform.

Cons: The think we love the least about We Pay is that they are behind with adapting ACH through Classy and we wanted to use this.

Comments: My company has been using WePay for over 3 years now, and I had been the payment engineer (and now Product Manager) leading in our payment processing. What I like about WePay is it's instant payment gateway fee per transaction, unlike other payment gateway which only reveals its fee end of month. I also like its IPN which is realtime. We don't have to make calls (we can of course) to know the status of transaction. WePay is a great payment processor to start with on west coast, but it doesn't have too many features to play around with like Stripe.

Pros: ease of set up

Cons: length of time for customer support response

Overall: We have used wepay by recommendation, however the customer service is not in place.
Of course, it is free to sign up, but don't expect someone to answer the phone if you try to call, and emails are slow in response as well. Not satisfied with this product.
