It's a good system, the only issue I have is the connection issue. There is a challenge to stay connected within the organization. This is an employer issue

can clock in when in the vicinity of employment. This is an excellent feature if you're in the building and save some time to go out of your way to clock into a punch clock

Cons

Wifi is not all that great sometimes. It can take some time to process and process and sometimes not connect at all.

I have no other beef with it and love it.

I love my time and the flexibility it has for my work day

Cons

I HATE how i cannot click on an appointment without changing the time of the appointment. It would severely make my life easier if you could fix that bug. It will not allow me to open the appointment or click on it without me dragging it over times or trying 16 times. it happens more often on my phone than the computer

It was excellent and I am very satisfied with it so far.

Pros

I like on this application, MyTime is that it is very accurate when reminding me with my schedules and daily agendas. Since I am the type of person who always forgot my schedules this one helped me.

Cons

None at the moment, I am still satisfied with this application since it is not expensive compares to others, aside from that it is very accurate on scheduling.

Makes day to day tasks move quickly, allows us to use the same system for multiple departments making cross pollination between departments even easier for the Customer experience.

Pros

We are able to use My Time in every department of our company from Retail, to Grooming, and Daycare. Payments, scheduling, and appointment booking all in one.

Cons

There are no alert icons for important things such as aggressive dogs, or medical conditions. There is only the note section.

Salonspa Connection was hired to assist with marketing for a 2 location spa. Our plans did not include needing to deal with the spa's booking software, MyTime. We found out a lot of the customer experience issues the spa was having was due to MyTime, so we dug in to help. What we found was nothing helpful or good! We have been bounced around to multiple customer service, tech and sales reps, some who follow up and some who don't. If you talk to them on the phone you can almost guarantee no one is going to take your information or follow up about conversations and issues. This product does not work well for our client yet they have struggled through to try and adjust. Some of the customer service reps are good and some are not, just like in any company. There were so many issues with MyTime, I was pulled in to help resolve some of them. It was difficult to get our main issues heard- services not showing up and better organization/ categorization for services on the customer booking page. For some of the problems, there was no answer for how to resolve our issue, and we were continually told to talk to someone else about our problems, rather than MyTime facilitating the connection and solving our problems.

Pros

The calendar, that is about it! They offer features that may work nicely but it requires an upgrade from an already expensive program.

Cons

Customer facing booking page, difficult service creation and organization, overcharging for features that should be included without an upgrade- they nickel and dime you to death! You cannot get a hold of any decision makers or people who can help outside of a handful of customer service.

The relationship started on the wrong foot, which should have been an indication of things to come. I was sold a solution, that never truly materialized. After everything was negotiated with their sales team, we went into the contact phase, at that point, the \[sensitive content hidden\], denied the agreement to seek a higher rate. His truly unprofessional manner throughout never demonstrated partnership nor an effort to build long term relationships. His demeanor and focus was always on the organizations bottom line. His lack of leadership has built an organization that is focused on a transactional relationship with their clients. We provided every opportunity for \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team to address our concerns, but nothing was every done. Needless to say, we have transitioned to a new solution that is more stable and a partner. We made the transition prior to the end of our contract with MyTime. So despite still having to pay the remaining term, it was the right decision for my business. It reminds me of the screen in Moneyball when Billy Bean is speaking with David Justice. “The Yankees are paying you $3.5MM to play against them!” I am willing to pay more, NOT to use MyTime, that should tell you everything you need to know!

Pros

The desktop version was usable, there is some value in some of the management reports.

Cons

The speed, lack of responsiveness and overall stability of the mobile application was detrimental to our business. \[sensitive content hidden\], was unprofessional, and transactional focused. He is not looking to develop long term relationships.

Team is completely unprofessional. The onboarding "specialist" was incompetent, and had difficulty scheduling our first meeting properly. Functionality is so limited. The system would have many errors and was extremely glitchy. Customer service is awful. When trying to troubleshoot, they would book "fake" appointments in the live system, which blocked off my stylists' availability and cost them customers. They continued to charge me, even after I cancelled service. Leadership does not seem to care to improve service. Seems like a borderline scam. I would have switched from them, except the franchisor required us to use them.

MyTime bullies the small business owner.

Pros

There were some good things about the software, but the bad out weighed the good, so I have nothing to say about any of the working features. What mattered to me was being able to cancel when I needed to cancel.

Cons

I used MyTime for several years, in which the contract auto renews, but if you want to cancel you only can cancel during the one month of the year that you joined. MyTime forces you to keep paying for their software even if you no longer need it.MyTime has no integrations worth using.

If you own a multi location chain or franchise in the salon vertical, stay away. It is far from ready for an owner that has developed a multi location business. If you want to spend an enormous amount of time trying to fix the glaring issues with this software then by all means.

Pros

Customer facing is decent. Company stated they had a strong relationship with Google re Google booking. Not at all the case. Google has recommended several times that we stop using MyTime. CC processing via Tsys has been decent but that is not a result of MyTime it is a function of the processor.

Cons

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is horrible. Support is spotty at best. No accountability. Very expensive. No failover in the event of www outage.
