Pros I love that fact, that it is very easy for any new comers for team to familiarise with this tool. Also its data sourcing and reporting integration is very seemless and developer/user friendly. Im a big fan of its reporting capability, it's very well thought and greatly supported. Cons It has a very good dashboard and it is developed with all kinds of users in mind. But sometimes I faced glitches in parsing the HTML content in the reports. It doesn't have much impact but I just see some room for improvement in there.
