Cons This software has been persistently having problems. It appears that they have bugs in the system on regular basis which has seriously affected our business. It has been very slow in refreshing each page on a daily basis in a week in a row! They are breaching the fair usuage policy as can not provide a reliable and award winning service to their customers. Customer Service advisors on the live chat are very slow and takes nearly a week to respond. This software has cost my company alot of in time and money. Switched from [QuickBooks Enterprise](https://www.capterra.com/p/174984/QuickBooks-Enterprise/) We in the process of changing software providers due to the constant issues with arthur across the whole property software package and customer service. This has cost the company extra money which should not be needed along with time and effort with the migration with little support from the team within Arthur to do this. It is not user friendly, which leads to mistakes and as a result there is inaccurate info being pulled out on a daily basis. The quality of data is very poor. I requested to terminate my contract and there was no support available from the team to enable for my data to be migrated. Their representative makes those basic tasks so much easier and added to that the extra functionality it was a no-brainer. Pros The ability to easily put tenants in direct contact with contractors for all sorts of minor issues whilst maintaining control of spening & work done. Cons The financials are not geared for our organisation setup. We would like to see it integrated with our STAAH channel management software. Pros Simple to use and does the basics of account management well. We have short term and long term tenancies and have found the system to be flexible for our staff to manage and track current and upcoming tenancies. We make heavy use of flags to monitor different types of tenancy. Cons Lack of integration with our STAAH channel management software. Statement formatting and printing using the new templates is more complex than the old system. I would like a graphical view of all properties showing the tenancy status of each. The advanced configuration features support the UK market well but so the Asian market that we work in. Reasons for choosing Arthur Online Core features are simple to train and use, statement management is the most important part of our business.
