Pros Es bastante versátil, me ahorra muchísimo trabajo y me ayuda a tener todo a la mano, agenda, ventas, inventarios, comisiones de mis trabajadores... y es lo único que he usado, se que tiene muchas mas utilidades que iré descubriendo. Gestionar cita online y por teléfono nunca fue tan fácil, además también tenemos la app para hacerles la vida más fácil a las clientas. Simple y llanamente me encanta. Pros Es una de nuestras mejores herramientas de trabajo, nos ayuda tanto en organización de stock, contabilidad, control de entrada y salida, gestión eficiente de citas, archivo de clientes, la versatilidad que tiene para poder llevarla donde sea. Cualquier duda o necesidad la solucionan al instante, o en la mayor brevedad posible. Te ayudan con la implementación, y formación en el uso todo el tiempo. Puedes crear categorías, servicios, productos, bonos, packs... Lo mejor de todo, reservas de cita online, gestión de agenda y caja en un mismo software. Posibilidad de tener tu propia e-commerce vinculada a tu inventario. 'Con Koibox tendrás el mayor control sobre tu negocio! Cons Me gustaría incluir la firma digital de documentos y consentimientos. Compra online de bonos y tarjetas regalo. Vinculación entre clientes por parentesco (para firmar consentimientos a menores de edad), o que puedan compartir un bono. MUy buen aliado para delegar y simplificar acciones diarias como reserva de citas, plataformas de pago y asociacion de Widget a pagina web. Los clientes llaman a veces a deshoras y puedo asignar sus citas o cancelarlas sin problema. Pros El manejo es sencillo y muy intuitivo. Se adapta muy bien al sector de la estética. Los importes son muy elevados para un negocio que comienza como era mi caso. Además si quería que lo fuesen actualizando tenía que pagar un importe adicional y sinceramente se elevaba muchisimo la cifra para un pequeño centro de estética. Nos ha facilitado mucho la vida. Y aunque nos han ofrecido otros sistemas. No nos vamos. Estamos a gusto. Pros Hemos ido poco a poco, usando todas las opciones del programa, nosotras no teníamos un programa previo y lo hemos integrado todo, también tenemos dudas que nos las aclaran según surgen de forma profesional y rápida. Cons \- Dentro de los correos a clientas, cuando son masivos no aparecen en "enviados" y no podemos saber si se han abierto o no, para esto hay que migrarlo a Mailchimp, y nos parece "tiempo" pues no siempre contamos con tanto en el día o la agenda (depende de la época y nunca coinciden) - Cuando marcas en servicios materiales usados en cabina, luego cuando usas algo más, no se puede modificar en el momento y el cuenteo de almacen se ve alterado. - no se pueden modificar los márgenes de impresión de tiquet (o no lo hemos encontrado) y no salen correctamente.
