erpWizard Reviews
"Ready for the Future"
Overall: Having worked with the same system for almost 20 years took a bit of time to get used to the new features and methods of working to get the full impact of the erpWizard. The effort was well worth the time spent. We can now deal with every new customer requirement and yet not short-circuit our process. To summarize the pros would be to say that we now have an efficiently running system that is not made up of patch work, as was our case with all the add-on we did over the years. Our biggest improvement was by far the EDI system which allows us all the flexibility and control to receive and send transactions flawlessly. The only con I can think of is from our own doing, the fact that we should have paid more attention to training our staff. Otherwise, the transition went better than I anticipated. We obviously had to do a lot of preparation and setup, but again, we were able to upload a lot of data from our old system with the tools in erpWizard.
