Cons You have to ask permission for every single thing you try to do in the EHR. Even super users cannot add other users or change any settings. They are expensive to start, and they nickel and dime you every chance they get. Even after you cancel services with them it costs $250/month to access old records when you get records requests. Moreover, it is out of date and not user friendly. Just keep looking. Close your eyes and pick randomly and you'll end up with a better EHR. Pros I like how easy it is to use and how user friendly it is. It is also very easy to teach to new employees. I like how they try to think of anything we might need and are constantly doing updates and improvements. Cons I don't like how often it goes down even though it has been better in the last few months. I dont like that we get charged for every fax and for eligibility checks. I don't like that when you fax something from a patient's chart you have to close and reopen the chart in order to comment what you just did.
