This is a great software that we weren't even sure we needed. Before FSG we were adding testimonials and reviews manually to our site. It wasn't helping our search ranking or showing our customers who left the review. This platform automatically updates the website and allows us to attach our reviews anywhere. It is saving us a lot of time and energy. It's not an overnight success but we are already seeing results for the long run.

Genius. We needed customer reviews bad and this helped significantly. Saves us a ton of time every week replying and managing our reviews across the web. Makes it really easy for customers to write a review and haven't encountered anything horrible with this platform yet. I even think it has bought us a few new customers.

This software works exactly how we need it to. Gives us a place to send customers to gather reviews. It's very simple and easy to setup and use too. I wish it was a faster process gathering reviews but that's on our customers not the software. Highly consider this for your business - you won't regret it.
