It's easy for our donors to use without an issue, and we don't really need customer support ever because of that. **Pros:** I like the interface of the app. It's clean and gives an upscale appearance to our fundraising event. The bidding process was nice and simple, and it is not overly expensive compared to other software. Everything is straightforward, secure to my knowledge, and ready to go. **Cons:** I know my coworkers who have worked with it longer do not like the recent updates to the software, so we are looking to switch in 2026. Part of the reason is we wanted something that integrated with our donor management software which, unfortunately, OneCause does not at this time. The Run of Show gives the needed framework and every customer support person was exceptional. **Pros:** The entire platform is wonderful! Easy to use and comprehensive. \[sensitive content hidden\] met with us on a regular basis and was very helpful at explaining to the team how the platform works. Customer support was great and Jessica, who joined us at the event, was outstanding. **Cons:** There are some redundancies at the point on entering the guests names. Also, it is very confusing for the guests to have to enter their credit card number to claim the ticket, even though their tickets were complimentary.
