"What I liked most about Flex Surveys was how quick, simple, and rewarding the surveys were" and how understandable the questions were.

Working with FlexSurveys was straightforward and effective. The setup was simple, communication was clear, and I felt confident that my feedback was being taken seriously. The reporting was insightful and presented in a way that made it easy to act on results. Overall, it was a positive experience that delivered real value.

Pros

The platform was very easy to use, and the process felt smooth from start to finish. The team was professional, supportive, and made the experience feel personal and engaging.

Cons

No major drawbacks — everything worked as expected. The process was very smooth and efficient, so there wasn’t much room to add suggestions or changes along the way, which actually speaks to how well everything was already prepared. Overall, even the “cons” ended up being positives in disguise.

Mon expérience avec Flex Surveys a été globalement positive. Le logiciel permet de créer rapidement des enquêtes professionnelles et d’obtenir des résultats exploitables en peu de temps. Malgré quelques limites sur l’ergonomie et la tarification, c’est une solution fiable et efficace pour la collecte et l’analyse de feedback

Pros

Interface intuitive et facile à prendre en main. Large choix de modèles de sondages et questionnaires personnalisables. Fonctionnalités d’analyse des résultats en temps réel avec tableaux de bord clairs. Bon service client, réactif et à l’écoute. Possibilité d’exporter les données dans différents formats (Excel, PDF, etc.).

Cons

Certaines fonctionnalités avancées nécessitent un temps d’apprentissage. Le design graphique des questionnaires pourrait être plus moderne. Tarifs un peu élevés pour les petites entreprises. Quelques lenteurs lors du traitement de gros volumes de réponses.

Excellent survey it allows the company or organization to fully manage employee feed, engagement, in order to determine the areas that need improvement with in the organization and how the company can best provided excellent satisfaction experience in improvement when providing engagement assessment.

Pros

What I like most is how much ease it is to provide feedback without overly feeling stimulated by the question. Really straight forward and how you to response to your engagement with specific topics. I used the tool at work and also through indeed that allows you to rate and review a company you work for. I have been using this tool for over 4 years now and the customer support is awesome when you feel unsure of this. Great survey tool.

Cons

To be honest it can be a little time consuming and ask a little personal questions but I understand the survey is to get a strong feedback on rate and review a company that one might have worked for to allow others to make a decision to apply. I so get it that is the only thing I do not like.
